They are good quality shirts but 90-110…

They are good quality shirts but 90-110 bucks for a shirt- get over yourself. What a rip, sorry, I am just not that much of a fashion victim. They have a solid blue shirt that has a bright red triangle right at the bottom front. This is so ridiculous, might as well have a bright light saying look at my johnson,

I visited UNTUCKit at Fasion Mall, Las Vegas again.Happy to still find Lorey in the shop, and got the usual super good service from her.The best recommendation from me.This time the experience was almost unreal. The shirt I first fell in love with was not available in my size, but I found another one. While Lorey was wrapping it, I noticed that she was wearing a shirt that I first fell in love with, and I asked what size it was. Then she took it off and handed it to me with the words ‘if you can fit it, it’s yours’. It fit perfectly and it was mine. Before wrapping it up, she offered to iron it, which I declined. Fantastic experience.thanks again Lorey❤️

Never buy from this company

Never buy from this company! Bought a shirt at Christmas. It didn't fit, they wouldn't exchange. Horrible customer service!

Good shirts, fit great. Responsive online customer service but many popular styles sell out quickly in common sizes and aren't restocked for months.

Aggravated customer

My husband and I drove 30 minutes to Untuckit in Paramus, NJ location on Tuesday, November 25th at 5:00 PM topurchase some shirts. Because we are customers, we knew his perfect size. He picked out seven shirts. The sales associate would not allow my husband to then try the shirts on. There wasno other customer in the store, and there were three sales associates present. He indicated that it was store policy.However, when I called the Short Hills store where we usually shop, the sales associate stated that we could try any shirt that we wished. When I relayed this information, the associate justshrugged. Needless to say, we walked out without purchasing anything. This exchange and inconvenience put us off. After many attempts, we contacted customer service to ask for an explanation as to why this store was willing to have a loyal customer walkout dissatisfied. We have yet to hear from anyone of importance. Unacceptable.

Not the Same

I used to love UNTUCKit clothing, but my recent purchase was very disappointing. I recently purchased the performance tees online. Unfortunately, they were noticeably smaller than my previous purchases. The sleeves and overall length are significantly shorter. They're at least ¾ shorter in length, even though I purchased the same size. This wasn’t a minor variation. I returned them to the store, where an associate explained that sizing can vary depending on where the shirts are made. But these were manufactured in the same country as my previous ones.Either UNTUCKit is cutting costs by reducing material, or their quality control has seriously declined. In either case, it’s not a good sign. I won’t be purchasing from them online anymore.On another note, it’s also bad when they don’t accept customer reviews on their site right now. Whether that’s intentional or not, limiting feedback doesn’t inspire much confidence. Especially when it's during the holiday shopping season.=============Update as of 2/16/2026I appreciate that UNTUCKit takes the time to read and respond to reviews. That said, their reply mentioned that someone from management would be reaching out shortly, and I haven’t received any call, text, or email since then. At this point, it doesn’t really matter anymore. The lack of follow through makes the response feel more automated than real customer support. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Scam

I ordered a product in October and it is now December and the product never arrived. When I ordered the product, the estimated delivery stated to arrive in 1-2 weeks. I have contacted their customer service multiple times to no avail. Do not trust this seller.

I’ve been waiting a full week and still…

I’ve been waiting a full week and still have no shirts. Now I’m told that a refund could take up to 5–7 business days, and I need to start shopping for another gift because I’m unsure if the package will ever arrive.Customer service was all over the place—what they told me didn’t match the FedEx label, and the website chat agent gave me different information again. Nothing was consolidated, so I had to call in, wait about 10 minutes, and repeat everything to someone live.On top of that, none of my issues matched the automated menu options, which made the whole process even more frustrating.Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I ordered a shirt for the first time…

I ordered a shirt for the first time from untuckit. It came balled up wrinkled in a plastic bag, it was a size small, we ordered an extra large size. So disappointed, I won’t order another.

11 days to ship an order. 11. Days. In 2025. They said they shipped it right away but the carrier didn't actually get it from them until 11 days later. Not worth dealing with this nonsense.

Ordered a sports coat and not received

Ordered a sports coat and paid for 2 day shipping. It has been 8 days and have no idea where the suit is. I have sent in two messages and neither has been answered. I have called several times but can't get a human being on the phone and twice the connection was dropped.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. The gift never shipped. When I called Customer Service I was told it was given to the carrier (what carrier??). They said USPS but there's no record that the gift was delivered and DHL didn't have it either. The Customer Service rep was incredibly rude and told me that I should have spent $20 getting special handling from Untuckit. STAY AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Delivery takes way too long

Delivery takes way too long. God forbid you need to do an exchange and it will take 2 months before you get your shirt. Called the company and all they say is that they have a problem with their delivery service.

Great quality, but watch sizing of women's dresses

Recently purchased a dress in store. Tried to leave a review online but cannot for some reason. I have purchased online before. I'm happy with both experiences. I have purchased dresses there. I would say each dress I have ordered is terrific quality. But sizing at this store varies on dresses. I am not a fan of stores zero return/exchange policy on sale items. If you aren't familiar with the specific style, only purchase if you can return. I wear a 14. Recently purchased a size 10 in store. Another dress I didn't buy, but would have needed the 18. Size charts are generic and not specific for each item. This is what is making customers unhappy in my opinion. It would be more helpful if I could write a review on the specific items. But quality is fantastic. Store associates in Charleston were spectacular.

Ordering online realising the confirmation was the wrong colour,I immediately sent message. No reply received in 24hrs as mentioned, and again on 2 more attemps. No contact phone number on confirmation. If wrong colour is sent, immediate return and postage, complaints to head office and trading standards.

Paid $30 for two day delivery to get…

Paid $30 for two day delivery to get the shirt here in time for a job interview but it arrived two days late in a FedEx box with no packaging. Waiting to hear back about my $30 refund but not holding my breath.

Ordered 3 shirts

Ordered 3 shirts. Package left their facility on in Irving, Texas & it is sitting in Memphis, TN. The delivery address is Allen, TX. Delivery was scheduled for 9-1 on the 17th. Yesterday, 18th I called the company & they said they cannot do anything about that. Such BS is unacceptable. Wait for 7 day days & call them again & they will reship is ridiculous.

Over priced China junk

I normally wear a xl to a 2xl depending on shirt..most 2 xl are a little big..i ordered a 2 xl just in case. Figured if I liked the shirt and was little big..better than too small and would order xl next time. Received shirt felt cheap went to put it on and it fit like a medium I couldn't even button it..the sizing is ridiculous small..I would need a 3 or 4 xl based on this shirt...never again overpriced 19.99 China shirt

Horrible experience ordering from…

Horrible experience ordering from UntuckIt. I ordered a shirt for $78 which included the shipping fee in Feb 2025 Then I started receiving invoices from UPS for $89. UntuckIt customer service said that it was an error in Canadas shipping system and it would be removed. I reached out multiple times to UntuckIt and kept being told it would be removed. Then received late fee notices from UPS and in June this was sent to collections by UPSThe quality of the shirt is nice but customer service is horrible. They have some sort of a scam setup for shipping and they won’t do anything to make it right, I would not recommend ordering from them

2nd time Untuckit have sent my shirt to…

2nd time Untuckit have sent my shirt to my old address even though I didn't use my account. The whole creating an account is absolutely rubbish... I've asked them to delete my account now .... wouldn't even accept my new postcode... terrible site
