Greedy Wretched Business
I cancelled my monthly parking permit at the beginning of the month hoping to save the $125/month in light of the pandemic and more so because I was sold a secure spot in a locked garage yet the garage has been left open 80% of the past two years. I called and complained to the office a couple times and was assured it was being fixed and they were “waiting on a part”. Mind you, they have since increased their monthly fee from $90/month to $125/month(a 38% increase! The parking biz is good these days). And the kicker is the garage is still being left open all night every night because the door still isn’t fixed! These people are wretched. They’re unreasonable and they are unwilling to work with you on any level. I believe this business is run by Nazis.
