I was very disappointed in how the warranty claim was handled through the website. Over the last 30 years, I have used consultants to replace damaged Tupperware and always received a complete replacement of the container and lid, even if only one part was damaged. This time, I struggled with the online warranty portal which was down, and when it was not, it was not user-friendly. I had to submit several revised claims. When the claim was approved, I received $3 and change to replace the lid on the Oval Modular Mate 5 which is a $30 product. I was told in the same email that lids are not sold separately!!So there is no way I could continue to use my container. They are forcing me to make unnecessary garbage that will never break-down and there is no way I can replace the lifetime warranty container for $3.That is not a lifetime warranty. Stop promoting it if your products need replacing, AND if you are not going to replace the damaged item. I watched my mother and grandmothers use Tupperware and have been a loyal Tupperware consumer since the 1990's. NO MORE!

What happened to Tupperware's lifetime…
What happened to Tupperware's lifetime guarantee??? That was the reason a significant premium was paid on purchasing their products. Tupperware offered me $13 on an item that cracked. It was going to cost me $41 to replace the item from Tupperware. Who pays $41 for a small sandwich container. No wonder Tupperware is going bankrupt!

Horrible Super Cereal Storer
Bought the Super Cereal Storer. It is horrible. The lid keeps popping out of the hinge that holds it. I am still using a Tupperware cereal storage container that I bought in the 1970’s. Their products have really gone down hill. Shame on them for selling an inferior product and still having the nerve to call it Tupperware.

No useful warranty support
Like others here have said, the company does not honor their "lifetime" warranty in a way that customers can use. I have spent the last two weeks and hours of time trying to get a replacement for a Modular Mates 4 lid. Tupperware will not simply send me the lid. Instead, they send a voucher for whatever they guess a lid might cost ($8.49) and make customers order a whole new canister (cheapest with that lid is $17 before taxes and shipping). The result is that customers have to pay Tupperware in the process of fulfilling a lifetime warranty. In this case, we're dealing with a small amount of money, and it says volumes about what happened to customer service at Tupperware. Be aware if you deal with them that the "lifetime warranty" is not what most people would expect.

⭐ 1-Star Review I'd give zero but Trustpilot wont ley me
⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Poor Service From Tupperware & ConsultantI’m leaving this review because my experience with Tupperware and consultant Jeralyn Jacobsen (Iowa) was one of the worst customer service situations I’ve ever dealt with.I hosted a Tupperware party where Tupperware received the sales, the consultant received her 20% commission, and I—the hostess—received nothing. No product, no hostess rewards, and not even a basic apology. My order was incorrectly addressed and delivered to the wrong location, and instead of taking responsibility, the consultant told me to “pray that the incorrect recipient does the right thing” and returns the package. She also instructed me to walk around a strange apartment complex seven miles away calling out for the package—an unreasonable, unsafe, and completely unprofessional suggestion. When I reached out to Tupperware directly, I was told it was not their problem. I was ignored, dismissed, and treated extremely poorly by both Tupperware and the consultant. With zero accountability, support, or resolution, I was left with no choice but to request my bank reverse the charge just to protect myself.Meanwhile:Tupperware kept the profitThe consultant kept her commissionAnd I, the hostess who brought in the sales, was left with absolutely nothingThis experience made it clear that once they have your payment, neither Tupperware nor this consultant is willing to stand behind their customers or correct their own mistakes.I strongly urge anyone considering booking a party or working with this consultant to think twice. Customer care should not end the moment your credit card is processed.

They work you to the bones
They work you to the bones. Mandatory 10 hour Mon-Fri and then Sat-Sun mandatory 8-10 hours a day. You do not get a day off and if you ask for one off they give you a hard time about it or fire you. They dont like giving breaks. Your hired in as a contractor but treated like an employee. Very disorganized. Too much drama and most of the staff dont speak or read english. If your order is messed up or you never received it this is why.

I can’t even give one star to this…
I can’t even give one star to this fraud company!! After a month I emailed them and asked for my items. ”You can track them with the code xxxx” When I did, it was all Chinese signs!!! I never even got my items!!! And they can’t proof it has been delivered to me, just the tracking list. Now I’m offered 50% refund on something something I never got! Tupperware is now one of the Chinese fraud companies. Don’t buy anything!!!

Don’t buy this item.
I recently purchased a small Tupperware Breadsmart. The package was probably the best I have seen and the item looked very good. HOWEVER after following the instructions and placing a loaf in the breadsmart within five days it went mouldy. I would not recommend this product. Save your money.

Top notch products. No current support or warranty
We have been using Tupperware for over 40 years and never had a complaint. The products have been useful and durable. But now that we have items that need to be replaced the warranty site is not taking claims and if you call the 800 number, 888-887-7379, you have to provide personal information, your age range, on an automated system before they will connect you. If you don't give this information the system hangs up on you. And the little bit of information I can find online mentions processing and shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes. Sounds like these items could add up to more than we paid for the individual items to begin with. I don't trust a company that makes their lifetime warranty such a difficult thing to apply for and forces you to give personal information you may not want to give just to get access to someone to help you with the warranty questions. The only reason I didn't give this company a 1-star rating is due to the quality of the products in the first place. But honoring your warranty is as important as the quality of your products in my book.
