Legit company, good communication
I was skeptical from the other reviews and thought that maybe I had been scammed, but they responded promptly to my emails and I just received my order that I placed on Black Friday. Great communication and good product.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I wrote to the company three times over the course of a month, and each time they told me it was on its way. I never received it. Thankfully I had paid by PayPal, so I was able to escalate the issue. I understand that the item was coming from China, but my order never shipped.

Pure Scammers. No customer support response.
I ordered yoga balls almost a month ago and I still have no news about when the shipping shall be made. I have send multiple message to support with no response. This is a pure scam please stay away and do not make the same mistake I did!

Trideer is the worst sellers i ever…
Trideer is the worst sellers i ever dealt with.. they send me the wrong product.. and i tried doing mails multiple times.. tried calling everyday but nobody responds.. i tried to reach through facebook, instagram, youtube still I unable to reach them.. the product I ordered was needed to me in urgent and the product they send me I unable to use.. i lost my money and stuck with the wrong product.. ☹️ worst ever customer service i ever seen.. never ever order from trideer.com i will say

Watch out, y'all!
Buyer beware! They did not send any of the yoga balls I ordered. They're not answering my calls or emails. The box they sent contained items I did not order and do not want. Plus, they are using the tracking number from that erroneous package to dispute my claim with PayPal/credit card company! Unbelievable.

Excellent product and impressive service!
I am super impressed! I recently purchased a Trideer exercise ball for use in my classroom with teenage boys. After a month of use I had my school purchase 3 more. However, the first ball had a massive blowout leaving me concerned that I had wasted money buying additional balls. I contacted Trideer and after sending them the requested pictures (which seemed reasonable) they sent me a new one! I definitely recommend this company with the caveat that I have only tried one product.

I wanted a 1 1/2 inch yoga strap but…
I wanted a 1 1/2 inch yoga strap but did not on know that it needed to be a 12 loop not a 10 loop strap. Trideer customer service responded quickly and worked around their standard return practices to find a no-cost way for me to receive the 1 1/2 inch yoga strap a no cost. Also note that delivery was very quick.

They were awesome while they lasted
They were awesome while they lasted. Unfortunately they didnt last more than 6 months with moderate workouts. I will be ordering another pair.
