Never received my product
Never received my product, despite paying for the train. Would never reply to emails, and just learned the company is now closed. Downright theft of my money.

Always out of stock.
Always out of stock.. Or awaiting Delivery. Are they still trading. Sent a question 3 months ago. No reply weird. Had butchers on there site today same thing as was 3 months ago.

Deal with this company at your peril
From previous comments it does appear as if there is no middle ground with this company. If you are unlucky enough to have things go wrong with an order then good luck in getting them to respond. In my case it was non arrival of goods. Despite several emails to the company complete silence. Tried to telephone but unable to find a working number. It was only a small order but simply being ignored is just not on. Contacting my credit card company to claim chargeback. Appalling company.

no after service for broken item
ordered 2 things . 1 was great . other was broken. they dont answer phone and take ages to reply to emails so theyre ok if you dont have a problem-but if you do like me,i will have to take other action to recover my 150£ . shame . there was more stuff i want to order too but dare not.

WORST AFTER SERVICE AND CARE i have ever had
bought a slot it Maserati from them via the net. turned up with lots of the decals bubbling and peeling off. Firstly i would of thought they had checked the item before sending it out, like other model shops do.Secondly i contacted to explain the state of the ''new'' car had turned up in. Had no apology apart from a 'oh thats not good' then followed by ' return it to me and i will swap it over'. i asked for a pre paid slip to send item back and they refused saying that it was a manufactures fault. i agreed it was a manufactures fault and then explained as simply as i could that i am not the manufacture i am the customer, so why am i having to pay for postage back ?emails went back and fourth with same content and eventually i had to get paypal involved to then take over the dispute of which they did and then PayPal forced them to take whole order i back. PayPal reimbursed me the postage cost due to the appalling way topslots had dealt with the situation. I DO WARN ANYONE buying from them, that like their ridiculous quote about have their pants being pulled down'' which is very unprofessional in its self , that they are NOT a good company to deal with in the sense of after service and care.

This is by far and away the best place to order model train stuff from. They have a huge range of trains and accessories and not only are they the cheapest but they are also the fastest for despatch and delivery by far. Every order I have placed has always arrived the next day! I have also contacted them several times via phone calls and emails and they have always been helpful, polite and courteous and quick with their responses. Thank you to an outstanding business!

Having spent most of a day looking for some Piko equipment, which seemed to be out of stock everywhere in the UK, I found TopslotsNtrains. They had what I wanted in stock, at the best price I'd seen all day, and delivered it next day with DHL. They also do not scalp customers with shipping charges. 5 stars
