Love this app / service!!
I inadvertently clicked the wrong button when purchasing ticket protection and TodayTix was super kind about giving me a voucher to use on future purchases to make up for it. I have been using the app since last year and have saved so much on tickets. Since then, I've had the chance to see so many more shows than I did when I was looking for tickets based on mailers one-by-one. I can quickly view all the shows that are out and look for deals on the ones I want to see. Love this app / service!!

Tickets were a great price + great customer service
Tickets were a great price (and I did a bunch of comparison shopping!). Saved me from having to spend two hours of my too short trip to NYC waiting in the half price ticket line. I did have a small issue after buying in which I could see my order but not my tickets, so I emailed customer service. I received a response within 10 minutes and the representative Jenny got things cleared up immediately (I somehow had two accounts under the same email) and I had my tickets!

Love the shows
I’ve been using this company now for a very long time .and yes u must go on the day I’ve always had fantastic seats .its a great way of seeing shows that is a great price Brilliant thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought two tickets for Broadway
I bought two tickets for Broadway, one of the performances was canceled but Mr. Michael made me not have to worry about canceling my order. He helped me go through the return process. I recommend the application because as a tourist I had a problem ordering through the original Broadway website

It all worked out in the end.
Overall, i do not like how difficult it is to speak to an actual human for Customer’s service. It was frustrating and made me question whether I should use TodaysTix anymore. However, once I did get through to Jenny, an actual human, she put me at ease and did a great job of problem solving for us. Human contact really makes a difference in the Quality of care that customer’s receive.

I didn't appreciate your chatbot consistently telling me there were no solutions, when an actual person was able to solve my problem. :) Thank you to (I think Jennifer) who took the initial request to ask the box office for an exchange and Finnian who facilitated the resolution for me. I'm deeply appreciative to be able to see the show I paid for on the correct night. :) Thank you!!
