Scam, do not buy. Cannot get refund, tiny text shows huge increase on ticket price. Worst mistake I ever made purchasing online tickets.

The service charge is exorbitant
The service charge is exorbitant. If I didn't want to see the Bronx Wanderers so badly, I wouldn't have purchased the tickets. The service charge and insurance for the tickets is way out of line.

The extra fees are exorbitant. And I didn't see how to select only what's in my area rather than pick things that then weren't here. Had to reselect my state each time.

Paying for services
Buying tickets and then being charged a service fee. I've tried buying tickets for this event 6 times through different websites (this website twice). So not only am I being charged a service fee, ticket prices have gone up since my original purchase date. Would have been 1 star if I was ranking all of the ticket buying websites.

horrible!!!! I get they charge more but I cant receive my tickets till the day before the event??? Why???? My trip was canceled and I want to sell my tickets but when I called customer service they said I get them the day before the event. Horrible!!!!

SCAMed - Double the Price
Complete Scam, realized after I purchased the tickets that they are selling the tickets at almost double the price as TicketMaster. I paid $390 for two tickets to an event through TicketOffices.org, on Ticketmaster the same tickets out the door were nearly half the price. Of course, all sales are final and there is nothing I can do. This business should be illegal, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage /scamming people for doing zero work.

The agent was very helpful in explaining what I would get in buying VIP tickets for a show as well as applying a credit from a previous show that was cancelled due to Covid and an additional promotional credit.
