Item not delivered
I purchased an item from Reformation which was never delivered. Reformation refused to provide any proof of delivery other than a piece of branded paper that said "item delivered". No address of delivery, no picture, no signature.And no effort at all to connect with the courier and find the lost item.I'll be buying my cheap polyester dresses from elsewhere going forward!

Way, way overpriced for the quality
I bought a top for £98 and was shocked by the quality of the material. Very flimsy and shapeless. Similar tops would be between £20-30 anywhere else. It might be made of bamboo or whatever but it feels like standard jersey. If the bamboo is the reason for the extortionate pricing then you should say so clearly - e.g. "you will be paying a premium to dress in bamboo"! Sizing was off - I'm a normal uk size 12 and a size L was too small. Shipping costs were over £6.00 for a package that arrived via normal post in an envelope and a 5 day delivery - comparatively very expensive. Its a shame, as the styles and design on the website are lovely but the overall cost/ quality is a scandal in this day and age.

Unwearable after one wash
Purchased a white linen top, wore it once and washed it once, strictly following the care instructions. After that single wash, it became distorted and no longer hangs properly - the hem curves inward and won’t lie flat, making the lace detail invisible when worn.The issue appears to be differential shrinkage between the 100% linen outer and 100% rayon lining, meaning the lining now pulls the garment upward. Ironing and steaming didn’t help. Customer service declined to assist due to the purchase date (March 2024), despite the fact that the defect appeared immediately after the first wash.For a £150 garment, this is really disappointing. Will never buy anything from reformation ever again. Avoid avoid avoid.

horrible company
horrible company. i placed an order in dec and did return in january and technically it was a little after 30 days (even though still a month) and they refused to accept return, with tags, even though i kep hundreds of dollars of items too... they also make it so hard to get a return label... i wouldnt buy from this company. their materials are also SOOOO cheap feeling compared to the price. and they consider themselves eco friendly yet use leather and silk. very hypocriticial company. dont shop here!

Speedy delivery,appalling returns process
I received my order fairly quickly but unfortunately had to return,which is where it all fell apart. In spite of numerous emails to customer service,I had no contact from them. And when I finally managed to get the returns portal to work,it wasn’t made explicitly clear that you had to print your own return label. Having no printer at home made this extremely difficult. Had I known all of this,I would not have taken the chance of ordering from them in the first place. I should have read the reviews!!

Mixed quality but they are dishonest…
Mixed quality but they are dishonest about their return policy. I ordered several items to try and I want to return them because the quality is bad for the price and they do not fit me. They mentioned free returns when I bought the items and nowhere did I see "final sale". Now, I am unable to return them, so £300 going down the rubbish bin. I have never seen such policy - I always shop online and I have never had any trouble returning an item purchased online - I am checking tlmy customer rights because I thought it was a legal requirement to accept returns for items purchased online. I must say that the 2 others items I ordered were good quality, so you really need to be lucky. Definitely never doing any online shopping with Reformation.

Bad quality, expensive and no refund
I ordered two dresses in December and returned both of them immediately, because the quality was bad, especially considering that both dresses cost over 300€. It is now almost 4 weeks later and I still haven’t received a refund or even a confirmation. I reached out to the Reformation customer support via email and opened a PayPal complaint with all the information and receipts. Don’t buy there if you aren’t completely certain that you will like the clothes and don’t plan on returning them!!!

My refund takes way too long
My refund takes way too long. They received my order on the 31st of December and I filled in a complaint on their website, but did not receive a proper answer. I e-mailed them on the 11th of January, and I still have not received my money of 164 euros.

The quality is shocking
The quality is shocking. Seams don't line up, fabric feels cheap, doesn't fall nicely, and the zips puffed up at the back. Considering the price, it's honestly unacceptable. Fast fashion with a hefty price tag. Wouldn't buy again.

So disappointed with the quality
So disappointed. I have been a customer almost from the very beginning, when the store was online-only. The dresses are pricey but very pretty. However, this year there have been serious issues with their products. Dress sizing is all over the place, and since we purchased during a sale, we were required to measure the dress as instructed to prove the sizing issue, even after submitting photos. Shipping takes forever, and when multiple dresses are ordered, only one arrives, with notifications being misfired. One of the dresses arrived after the button felt out. The company’s logistics seem to be having issues, and customer service appears to be based overseas.

Terrible customer service
Called the Kings Road branch many times, but the phone was never answered. Drove 2 hours to London to buy a pair of jeans. Walked into empty store to be met by THREE sales assistants all wearing headsets to communicate with each other. I asked why they never answered the phone. Without hesitating they told me they never answer the phone because they are too busy! No one else in the shop! I asked for a standard size pair of jeans and guess what - none in that size in ANY of their stores. Unbelievable. Terrible attitude and a total waste of my time. I will not be returning.

I ordered the Tilda Knit Dress for $215 and received it today. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the packaging. The dress was only wrapped in plastic and placed in a paper shipping mailer that arrived dirty and badly wrinkled.For such an expensive item, I expected a nicer presentation. Even more affordable brands like Zara or Alo take better care with their packaging.This really took away from the experience and made it feel not worth the price.

Maybe they should focus on hiring more customer service people. It’s an utter shambles. I’ve been trying to get my dress refunded for over a month!!! Every time I email it takes at least 4 days for a short reply. With no additional information. It’s honestly the worst experience of an online store.

Do not order anything made of viscose…
Do not order anything made of viscose or rayon. Whatever they are doing to this fibers is making them structurally unsound. The dresses shrink 2-3 sizes even when following care instructions. Will shrink even when dry cleaning properly. Don’t wast $250 on something you can wear one and pass to your toddler.

Beware they charge $8 per return even if you want to send multiple orders back on one shipping label. They also take orders and then change from available to later dates all the time. The charge you for items up front before they ship could be months waiting. Their customer service stinks and their quality is highly variable. Cheap quality to good. Also their shipping time is slow as molasses so if your ordering for a party in one week it won’t arrive in time.

Poor service
I bought a beautiful velvet evening dress for almost $300 the other day and the very unpleasant and unkept service young woman shoved it without even folding it into the cheapest unstructured bag I have ever seen as if I bought loose potatoes at the farmer market. I could not believe my eyes. She did not wrap it in tissue or anything. She just threw it in. When I asked what that was she informed me they were a " paperless store". If you decide to be a paperless store do not sell evening gowns or get creative about protecting the merchandise! I had to complain three times for her to offer reluctantly a garment bag. She was unkept ( all 3 people in the store were ) , un-smiling, un-friendly and had no notion of proper customer service. There was no designated place to pay, I payed in the middle of the store on a display stand, Walmart has way higher standards than this store. This was the store by Union Square in NYC. Very disappointingQ!
