Where is the Meal?
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with TEMPO.During my first two weeks of service, my deliveries were unfortunately sent to the wrong address, despite my correct address being on file.Today, I discovered that an item was missing from my delivery. As I had planned my week's meals around this delivery, this was quite inconvenient. While they did credit me for the meal, they declined to credit the associated tax, which I believe may be a violation of IRS regulations. Furthermore, the customer service representative was, regrettably, quite impolite.Although this may seem severe, I feel I have given them ample opportunity to resolve these issues, and I will no longer be using their service. It is truly a pity, as I found the food to be delicious, the portions generous, and they successfully met my husband's dietary needs.

Tempo membership pause
I’ve been a loyal Tempo customer for some time and generally appreciated the service. However, my recent experience with their subscription and refund policy has been disappointing. I was charged for a period during which I did not use the service, despite communicating my intent to pause my membership. When I requested a refund, my case was escalated to a senior supervisor, but ultimately, they declined to make an exception, citing their policy. While the customer service team was polite and responsive, I felt the resolution was unfair given my circumstances and history with the company. If you’re considering Tempo, I recommend reviewing their cancellation and refund policies carefully before subscribing, as they are quite strict and exceptions are not made even for long-term customers.Overall, the service itself is good, but the rigid policies and lack of flexibility in customer support have left me disappointed.

My meals have been delicious and meet…
My meals have been delicious and meet all of the requirements that I checked for my profile. I’m so happy to have found Tempo. I plan to use these for either an easy to heat lunch or dinner in place of “picking something up”.

The company really does try to get you…
The company really does try to get you with unwanted deliveries when you want to put the service on hold or cancel. I had my subscription on hold indefinitely, however, the service just re-started without my knowledge that this was going to be happening. It seemed very tricky to me. That inspired me to cancel the entire thing because I didn't want to work with this company any longer. In order to cancel, you have to write them an email. I received an email back that the subscription would be canceled. YET somehow I was just alerted that I had meals about to shipped for next week. I don't appreciate that sort of tactic to get business.

Arrives Late & Bland
Food is bland, like seriously so, and the delivery service they use is notoriously and embarrassingly unreliable. One week I received my order very late and the following week I only received half of my order. ,

Over charging
I paced an order when checking the receipt I was over charged. I mediately cancelled the order. I got a partial refund and the rest in credit. They ignored the request for a full refund. I am now forced to purchase from this shady company to use up my credit.

This company employs shady business practices!
This company employs shady business practices. They seemingly don’t have product and will try to assuage your concerns with a free month of membership. You will not receive your accessories in the time that they advertise. My accessories order are supposedly “on back order” with a shipping estimate of 2-3 months out. I’ve already received the Studio Pro (their highest priced product) and now have to wait 2-3 months to actually get the use out of it that I wanted. I think the rumors of reselling refurbished machines are true. Customer service is just as the other commenter said. They throw a month membership extension into mix. Keep in mind that the first year is baked into the price already. And for them to only offer me a month when it’s going to take three to get all my equipment I paid for already is a slap in the face. Returning IMMEDIATELY and going with a competitor that cares about customer service and the consumer experience. This company did a quick money grab and the company is garbage.

Over A Month Order Still Missing
I placed an order a month ago and it's still not here. I'm not joking when I tell you that today was my 10th phone call trying to track my order down. Their customer service is not helpful or responsive. I've paid over $2,000 for nothing. I will probably just charge this back at this point. So frustrating.

Interesting product, terrible customer service
The product is interesting, but the customer support is lousy. It took me 25 minutes to cancel my membership. I was patient for the first 10 minutes, got switched to a "senior" person who wanted to start the conversation over. I made it explicitly clear what I wanted (cancellation of subscription) and didn't want (persuasion, questions, offers, negotiating) and still it took another 15 minutes. I'm much less enthusiastic about renewing in the future and might just sell my machine.

I ordered a Tempo system on March 4
I ordered a Tempo system on March 4, 2024, and as of now, I am still waiting for the complete order to be fulfilled. This delay is beyond unacceptable, and the lack of communication from Tempo's customer service is infuriating. They have done nothing but gaslight me throughout this process, providing empty promises and excuses with no resolution in sight. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Tempo, I have been left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally. I have already filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) due to what I believe to be deceptive business practices and a blatant disregard for consumer rights.Furthermore, I have consulted with legal counsel and have sent a formal demand letter to Tempo, as a precursor to filing a lawsuit. I am prepared to pursue this matter in court if necessary, as the company's failure to deliver the product and honor their contractual obligations may constitute a breach of contract and potentially violate consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and state-specific consumer protection statutes. To other potential customers: Beware. This company has proven to be unreliable and unwilling to fulfill its promises. I strongly advise against doing business with them unless you’re prepared to take legal action to receive what you’ve paid for.

Tempo not better than Home Chef
Since I had bought Home Chef meals in the market, I thought I would be happy with Tempo. I was not! First, the meals were not visually appealing. It looked like someone just threw the food in the container. Next, the food did not taste good. I had the worst honey turkey ever. Finally, the vegetables- mainly broccoli and green beans are really tough to bite and eat. I am sorry I paid for this service and ended up donating the dinners to a food bank. Sorry. It was awful!

I really wanted to love the tempo and…
I really wanted to love the tempo and used both models for several years (started with the move, then sold it and bought a used Studio). unfortunately none of the issues I had were ever fixed, and after three years I'm just done. They added some pointless other features to the app while basic stuff like weight recognition, apple watch connectivity, and class filtering are broken. There's a good idea here, especially if you rent, and I was constantly hoping it would get better. But when nothing works right, class releases slow to a crawl, and it's the experience hasn't gotten better after three years I finally thew in the towel. There's no communication from tempo on what's going on - on why things just don't get better but more features get bolted on. The final insult is being forced into a chat channel to cancel.

Terrible terrible machines and service
Terrible terrible machine and service. I purchased two Tempo Items, the large Studio and then the Lite, thinking I would give them a second chance. Both items I purchased had faulty sound issues. On the Studio the speaker was blown so I could not hear teh instructor. On the Lite, every time I dock my phone, the sound literally turns off so I can't hear anything the instructor says. I wrote to the company about this for months to no avail. When they did finally answer, I followed all of the troubleshooting tips to no avail. I am fine having the weights sit there and collect dust but I don't want to pay the monthly recurring service anymore but guess what? They have a 12 month commitment to the faulty service/ classes that has terrible and slow classes, by the way. And now I am being charged $40+ a month for classes that I don't use because their machine doesn't work.

Scam Artists
Absolutely ridiculous, they tacked on a 12 month agreement to the terms and service page (with no information up front) and when I asked to cancel and asked for where I signed a 12 month agreement, he said that "you were advised to visit the terms of service" page, where they've carefully hidden it at the middle bottom of the terms. This company has class action lawsuit written all over them.

Horrible horrible experience
Horrible horrible experience. My tempo never worked. It just turns off all the time. Great tech service but they can’t really fix the issue. They will not give you your money back or just refund your subscription. It’s fraud

Horrible meals
I received the first box of food and it is disgusting I tried to eat the Turkey dinner and it was awful, bad quality and not worth the money. I would like to receive a refund thanks Tammy Berkley I realize there are starving people in this world, but I’m going to have to trash this food!

Love my Tempo Move
I've had my Tempo Move for over a month now and I love it. I had previously tried strength training through Peloton, but was frustrated at the lack of a consistent "plan or goal." I then moved to a strength training app, which had a progressive plan, but I had to determine how much weight to use on my own. The Tempo Move is the best of all worlds and does everything I'd dreamed of, a live instructor, a planned workout program with a fitness test at the beginning and end to measure progress, weight recommendations, rep counters and form checks!I'm pushing myself harder than ever with the customized programs and weight recommendations. I love the body scan feature, which showed me that although I was only down 1 pound on the scale, I had lost 7 pounds of fat and gained 6 pounds of lean muscle mass! I was really shocked to see the poor reviews on here, the Tempo Move is everything I've wanted for so long. If I had 1 complaint, it's that sometimes I have a hard time hearing everything the instructors say, I wish there was an option to add closed captions/adjust the volume of the instructor and music separately.

I’ve had tempo fit for a years - garbage
I’ve had tempo fit for a years. The idea is great but what they advertise is nothing what you get. The hardware in the machine is absolute garbage. I’ve talked to support many times and they even sent out a contractor. Now I have wires hanging out of the bottom of my tempo. Result? My wifi still is garbage to this machine. Pros:The classes are goodCons:-Wifi doesn’t work. Plan on hard wire.-Apple Watch won’t connect most of the time-rep counter doesn’t always work-trainers don’t work out with you. They work out “at you”. They do light weight and don’t break a sweat in most cases. -volume on their radio music is soft and can’t be turned up. -trainers don’t represent customer base. Over half are LGBT. This would be fine but when you sign up for a program different trainers are forced to you. -classes available on the go are watered down without features (no heartrate monitor, no rep counter)-price for what you “actually get” isn’t even close -they sell you on extra equipment but the classes almost never include them. For example they have you do bench press on the ground when you have a bench. If you use the bench anyways it won’t count the reps.

Love my Tempo
I've had my Tempo studio for almost 2 years now and I still love it. I've never had any connection or technical issues with it at all. The classes are varied, the coaches are great, and I love being able to work out from the comfort of my own home.

Connection Issues--poor support
Connection Issues--poor support! My Tempo fit worked great for about 3 months, then I have been having issues connecting since. I believe it to be a faulty NIC card, but when I try to get support, they Tshoot over and over until providing an extender, that worked once. I spend more time calling with issues and troubleshooting than I get to even work out with it. I am a network engineer and know my network. My IOT devices work fine, but not this one.... or at least not for long. Please save your money. It's a headache if you get a faulty unit. Very unhelpful support and they will try to give you extenders and such, when what you may need is a new until that actually works consistently.
