The interface is simple and does the job. Just be aware of the membership fee before contacting tutors. Overall, a solid platform if you know what you’re looking for.
The online process was very good, no issues. My tutor Sam Green is an awesome instructor, very patient, and she is teaching me from the ground up. I look forward to my lessons each week on my path to read and speak German.

SuperProf is great in several regards from a Tutor Perspective. We don't pay huge amounts to answer potential students like Thumbtack and Lessons.com which is wonderful. The interface isn't secretive about our location like other sites so they get more money from potential students. Negatives: The interface doesn't allow as much open conversation as should be possible. I have found with this site, many students do not appear for scheduled lessons or disappear before setting up lessons. I think there should be no free lessons as students disappear more. Customer service is wonderful.

There is some confusion on students part about the. Fee you charge for your service. They seem to think that they are paying for lessons. I have to explain that they are paying to search for a tutor. If there is a way to clarify that it would be be helpful. Thanks Wil
