shocking customer service. The labels on the back came off both shoes after their 3rd wear. emailed customer service who told me that fhey were not designed to stay on. AI however said something completely different, which matched to the points i had already raised. Now they have gone silent. This is my 7th pair as they do wear out, but there passive response means I will never be buying the brand again. So short sighted

Returned item for store credit over a year ago and was given no indication of expiration. When I tried to use recently, I could find nothing in email and when I tried to access my account through the website, there was has an error saying the "the page could not be reached". I emailed customer service to access my order history and inquire about the credit, and I was kindly told "too bad"... we don't have records beyond a year. Of course, I should understand... NOPE. Spend your money elsewhere.

They keep my money.
The company cancelled my online order the 2nd of January because the stock was not updated right and the ordered article unavailable. My money has still not been refunded 14 days after they cancelled the order. I regret i made a new order with this company. Will never use them again.
