Just traveling from plymouth to Bristol Airport on the falcon 7am departure with driver darren very informative driver and very pleasant he's a credit to your company I will use this service more often thank you darren for a nice smooth drive
I was on the 63 (Fleet Number 10642 or 3) bus in Newcastle upon Tyne this morning sitting downstairs towards the rear and I could spell a really foul smell coming form behind me, 2 other passengers sitting at the rear of the bus obviously smelt the same as they decided to go and sit upstairs. 4 stops before I was actually due to exit the bus I decided enough was enough and went to get of the bus. Before I did however I advised the bus driver of the issue and he simply waved me away saying it was nothing.
If you want to be late or miss your connection, then this is the bus service for you. Frequent cancellations of buses. Buses don’t run to the timetable. On plus side the app works great telling you quickly of all the cancelled buses that you’re stood waiting to catch!
Service 51 Tunbridge Wells to EastbourneDon’t use this service on a regular basis but have never had a week without some sort of problem. This morning walked 2 miles from home to bus stop. 15 mins past the time it’s due a bus comes along,“SORRY OUT OF SERVICE” drives strait past FFS. Useless.
Very nice and always polite drivers; but buses are often late in the evening.
Times on the app are not real. States bus time, you arrive early and the bus arrives several minutes late. Buses are regularly cancelled at short notice. Or drivers just pass a stop while you are waiting. This is a Gloucester Stagecoach experience.
Nothing but a bunch of nose -thumbing contemptuous, arrogant, entitled hypocrites!Drivers expect consideration from other motorists (wanting to be let out into the flow of traffic) while blatantly ignoring the highway code and not giving way when supposed to. Though I suppose they have to keep themselves entertained somehow while driving around in circles all day with hardly any passengers. Public transport my foot. No wonder there's so many cars on the road when this is the behaviour of their drivers!
I’m extremely disappointed with how Stagecoach Sheffield and their claims handler PSV dealt with an accident involving one of their buses and my car.PSV initially told me they had identified the bus involved, but refused to give me the registration number or driver details. When my insurer contacted them, they were then told that PSV were “not aware of any such incident”, which completely contradicts what they told me directly. This lack of consistency and transparency has caused delays, stress, and made progressing my insurance claim far more difficult than it should be.Overall, a very poor experience and a complete lack of accountability.
Bus driver intentionally avoided picking me up when I was blatantly visible, leaving meA) not using bus servicesB) getting a taxi that costs me £20The worst part this is at best, 6 busses. Why are they charging so much for busses that don't even pick you up?Why can't they run a bus service that's actually good? Please someone start up a minivan service in Cambridge, please.
Would give less than 1 star if I could. Using Stagecoach is like gambling, except the stakes are your sanity and the prize is maybe arriving eventually. Buses appear on the app like they’re real, then vanish like they’ve been abducted. When one finally shows up, late, wheezing, and held together by hope, it’s either packed, freezing, boiling, or all three simultaneously.Drivers range from “half asleep” to “Formula One audition,” seats feel like punishment furniture with legroom and headroom suitable for primary school children and customer service has the energy of someone shrugging while making tea.If you enjoy chaos, disappointment, and questioning every life decision you’ve made, Stagecoach is perfect.Everyone else: walk. Trust me
I applied for my bus pass almost two months ago, and the cost has already been deducted from my salary, but I still haven’t received the card. It’s been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. What makes things worse is that when I asked for a refund, they said I would have to cancel the card first—a card that I never received in the first place. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organisation and responsibility.I’ve wasted so much time chasing updates. For a transport company that deducts payments directly from salaries, this level of inefficiency is shocking.I expect either a full refund or that my bus pass is issued immediately, along with a proper explanation and assurance that this won’t happen again.
The Sheffield stagecoach trams need a good clean and re upholstering.I would love to upload my photo of the seat, filthy, torn, worn out.Now dogs are sitting on seats and slobbering on windows, kids and adults drop litter on floor and journeys leave me feeling grubby and smelly.
IDear Stagecoach Team,I am writing to express my frustration with the poor reliability of your bus service. Recently, several of your buses have been delayed by an hour or more — and some didn’t arrive at all. As a result, I have wasted almost two hours just waiting at the bus stop.It feels very disappointing that such a large company with a local monopoly can provide such an unreliable service without any real accountability. People depend on public transport to get to work, school, and appointments, yet your service often makes that impossible.Stagecoach really needs competition — another company that could show how things should be done properly, with punctual and dependable service.I hope you will take this complaint seriously and make improvements to ensure that passengers can rely on your buses in the future. Many times happened...
I know I've written to complain about a contact less payment taken from my account on 5 Sept 2025 which I immediately emailed to refund and kept emailing only to be told that because the ticket is now out of date you can't have a refund im not surprised it was out of date it took 20 days to get them to send me an email I would mind but I'd already had to buy a cash ticket the same dayReally annoyed by this
always late very bad drivers
I've never known such a disorganised work force as Folkestone bus station, bus never turn up when meant to, if they turn up at all
We used bus Nr 5, plate YX65PYT, on 12/07/2025. I greeted driver as usual. Stagecoach driver said he doesn't like my accent, and asked where I am from. When he got the answer my friend and I are from Ukraine, he started to shout he is from Poland and likes russia, and we MUST speak russian to him + some additions about war and who started the war, etc. The situation was actually quite sad, because my friend arrived just a day earlier to have some rest from every night bombings and on that particular night it was a severe russian attack on Ukraine and many civilians were killed, incl children. When we were leaving the bus at Olivers Battery, Stagecoach driver started to shut the door straight before me. The buggy with my son in it was in the middle of the doors at that moment, so the bus doors started to SQUEEZE THE BUGGY WITH MY SON IN IT! Stagecoach driver saw perfectly well what he was doing and smiled. I started to shout heavily, I was terrified, and only AFTER that your driver released the doors. We were heading to the kids party, and instead of having fun, I had to spent time to calm down my 3-years old son because he was frighten, apologies before my friend and calm down myself after shock.I reported this case on the very next day through Stagecoach website. Because I haven't got any answer from Winchester Stagecoach since then (and it's 06/09/25 today), I put this on Trustpilot.
