This is what happened. One of our podcasts was taken down because of supposed violation of the Spreaker ad exchange policies. We wrote to you immediately, as we thought it was not true. You double checked and said that your final decision was to keep it as it was: blocked. But, we begged you to please escalate the case and make a further review. The reason for us begging that was that if you can see all of our more than 100 podcasts have activated the option of "auto-optimize ads". So for us was hugely unfair having a penalization for something that Spreaker's platform makes automatically. Finally, 2 days after we received positively response from Spreaker saying my ad exchange for that podcast were re-activated. In Pigeon we value honesty, and really appreciate that you took your time to really investigate this matter, coming to a final fair conclusion. So again thank you very much. As we said in our e-mail, this speaks so good about you as persons and as company.

Spreaker stole $443 from me. I have 2 podcasts. I paid for marketing on both got valid impressions and they canceled my Ad Exchange and told me the money I made wasnt valid money. Stay away. I'm a Bipolar Single Mother. Thats what my podcasts are mostly about. I lost my job in May due to a hospital stay and really believed I did a good thing with these podcasts. They also help me. I did valid marketing and people really took to my story. I now have to figure out how I am going to replace this money to feed my child. Well done, Spreaker. Samwel is the person who explained to me that what I was doing was wrong. If you didnt want to pay a small content creator, you could have just said that. But stealing, yikes.Im now on Libsyn. I said I was going to take legal action, but I realize letting the Universe handle this one for me will be more fun. What can I say am also a highly spiritual Tarot reader? I know what happens when you do bad things, to good people. *edit*The user experience is valid. How did I get fake people with no interest to leave a podcast app and go to a music app to listen to my music? As I said, Im willing to let the Universe handle my dirty work. Thats how much I believe in what Ive done. This experience wont hurt me, but I have the right to share what Ive been through and what you wont do….is silence me. Be well and trust in what youve done. You would NOT have done this to a bigger content creator. Libsyns been great.
Worst platform to publish podcasts ever. Not only are there limits to everything you do, but I've been trying to delete my account for the last hour (seems if you sign up using google... good luck). AND been trying to delete the podcast but no... it wont work. Least user friendly platform.

Ok - so I left a review on Spreaker on the 8th of March (a copy of it I have included at the bottom part of this review.). Where I said that I think Spreaker's modus operandi when offering the 50% discount for 6 months; they will automatically cancel after 2-3 months after someone signs up - all of this to gain customers and earn some cash. A terrible system, dishonest.And I've been with them for, maybe, a year? How is the platform? Well,to be honest, I don't really know - but I haven't been able to benefit from these guys.Maybe because I haven't fully committed to the platform with my podcasts.Which is why I am going to do one FINAL paid-subscription push on Spreaker.This time; I'll pay full price because I can't trust them when they have a sale (and honestly, you shouldn't too) so maybe it'll be different if we're paying full price.I'm doing this for a month, and see how it goes, and how their platform would be of value to me and my growth/profits.As of right now; my reviews are middle of the road - used to be 1 star, but I'm giving them one last chance so for the sake of this last effort, I'll place my reviews at 3 stars.I will update in 3 weeks' time and really give you my proper review.I am not shy, and I do not hide. Informed me one day that they will bill again in a few days. The paid subscription cancelled on the same day.But then I thought it was my error.TODAY; the SAME thing happened - my credit card is working well, I've got money.Then I realized that THAT is their money-making modus operandi - I think that for users with the 50% discount subscription, they cancel at random points so that we will need to subscribe to the same price.Today is 19th Feb, they sent me an email saying they will try again on 19th Feb.I've got money in my bank, my card is the same as the one that's been charged in the many months.So; as a user of the platform for about a year now - I recommend you to NOT use this platform. It's not trustworthy, and if you are thinking of the Monetization part of it - its not worth it too.Go somewhere else, less expensive and better, safer services.Good luck.

The recording app has made the experience better. Recording and uploading podcast is faster and much easier to do in just about any place.
Spreaker is easy to use and has the functionality I need. I'm new to Podcasting and don't need complex and high-functionality solutions. My Podcast creation tool is NotebookLM.
I do alot of my recordings whilst walking, your app is so simple, quick and with ADHD very easy to achieve a wonderful episode. I highly recommend this outlet to my listeners, friend and my recent community. I've had my podcast now 2 years with speaker, having tried other studio apps. Do not use these people. They make it incredibly hard to cancel and then they auto bill and THEN they refuse to refund an annual mamebership 3 days after billing. There is ZERO customer support, only a chat where they say "sorry no refunds". Run run run from these folks $500 down the drain.
