Frustrating experience
I had a frustrating experience with Southeast Financial Credit Union while trying to refinance my car loan. As a first-time refinancer, I was hoping for a smooth process to lower my payments, but it was anything but. My loan representative was disorganized and didn’t take the initiative to guide me through the process. I had to chase them down repeatedly to figure out which documents were needed, and even after I uploaded everything promptly, there were constant delays. It felt like I was doing their job for them. I ended up going elsewhere.
