We had an issue with a dumpster, but Sourgum made it right by us immediately, and handled it in a very professional way! We have rented close to a dozen times with them, and our experience has been great! We have a regular driver, Barry, who knows exactly where to place our dumpster, and is always very professional with our staff. We couldn't be happier! Michael
Bait and switch. Liars, liars, liars. I ordered a dumpster for household items and then they charged me more than double the price because it contained "non-construction" items. I will be contacting the BBB. I should have suspected it from the start because of their scummy-sounding sales guy. Trying a little too hard. I don't need a friend that then turns around and gouges me.
Delivery time and pick up time is on point. Drivers are very polite and before taking departure, will ask me am I satisfied with the dumpster location before discharging.Excellent customer service.
I was able to get a receipt 2 months after the fact. I really helped me to deal with my Aunts estate.Good communication with humans and a well designed web site ordering experience when ordering and then extending that order.The guy who dropped off the dumpster was polite and professional as well.Thanks!
Best service ever
Dumpster arrived on time w/friendly driver. Dumpster was picked-up on agreed schedule. I was inadvertently charged 2 additional days and when I brought it to the attention of the billing department I was met with a curtious representative (Liz) and was refunded the fee without incident. Time period could be longer. I found another company that was a month long for the same price. I would have used them, but they got back to me too late. also because of the holidays I was charge two days more for going longer. Will use the other dumpster service next time.

Easy online ordering. Extremely effective email and telephone follow-up. The drop was exactly as requested and pickup was right on time. Could not have been a more perfect experience.
They are the biggest scammers; they rent the damper for one price and then charge three times the agreed price.
The driver was very friendly and careful not to hit the corners of the driveway.

When the dumpster was delivered, it had over 8 inches of snow it. I had to spend an hour digging it out so it could be used, just to find out that it wasn't completely empty, as 4 to 6 inches of dirt was frozen in the front corner of it from a previous use.
