Misleading advertising not to be trusted
No issue with delivery or the quality of the product but their sale information is misleading. I selected a pair of snowboots reduced from £180 to £144 - selected the colour, £180 still crossed out and price showing as £144, got to checkout and the full price was showing. As it was the last day of the sale (also misleading) and too late to call anyone, I proceeded with the purchase and raised a request for a credit for the difference. Despite sharing screenshots with the advisor he took a "computer says no" attitude and said the price did not apply to the colour selected. I had evidence otherwise. So be careful when dealing with Sorel as they mislead. I also requested my birthday discount which was offered by email and combined with the sale the reason I made the purchase and received no response.

Shoe was never delivered.and the customer support, Francisca Eugenia, isn't being helpful, telling me the package was delivered and that's it. Lost my money.and no shoes.Don't waste your time with these guys.Edit: shoe arrived a month later, not the quality I expected. Not buying from from them again

I ordered boots for the winter season
I ordered boots for the winter season. Of course they took my money immediately. They said they shipped the boots with a company called Ontrac, if you read Ontrac's reviews, you would never use them. Now Sorel can be added to that negative list also. Received a delivered email,the boots are at your apartment, but they show a picture of a garage where they left the boots, outside. I don't have a garage, my neighbors don't have a garage. There is no package delivered here. The neighbors have not seen it, and all you get is the runaround from both companies. I went to Walmart and bought boots and had a better experience. And I don't shop at Walmart. Sorel is as bad as Ontrac shipping. USE CAUTUON with either place. What used to be a great company is now shit.....

NO DELIVERY, NO CS RESPONSE
I echo many other comments. Slippers “out for delivery” from OnTrac for 8 days now - nothing has showed up and no record of the package- but Sorel won’t send me replacement and said they would start an “investigation” only as of today. ( Same situation with another company, and they just shipped replacements to me via FedEx with understanding I will ship original items if they ever arrive.) Based on other reviews, concerned I won’t get my money back either. Won’t use Sorel again.

I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Sorel. I reached out last week regarding Express Shipping which was automatically added to my order, but my concerns were not properly addressed. The representative I spoke with was dismissive and offered no solutions, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.I made several attempts to follow up, but my messages were ignored or met with vague responses. This experience has made me question the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Very disappointed for a Canadian company!!

Return was HELL. Purolator lost the package and it took 1 month for Sorel to figure it out and "investigate" properly. They told me I should do it myself, which I did until I got fed up. They finally reimbursed me but not the taxes and the 7$ fee. Never again. Worst customer service ever.
