AVOID THIS COMPNY! That would be my advise to anyone. Having a nightmare time with this company at the moment and it looks like I have lost my $6K+ investment as they will not even consider giving any of it back. Basically told me you signed the contract, hard luck. I am now seeking legal advise but I know its hard because i am in the UK.I asked them for good will stating that they are not on the same page and they offered nothing.Little details are .... They rush you through the design process forcing you to make changes as you can only make so many then you have to accept. But, if you don't like what they are designing and it doesn't match your vision then you are stuck, you have to proceed or pay more. They even tried to get me to accept dolls bodies that in my opinion were inappropriate and not in touch with anything today. When I did not accept them they offered me some awful examples that were ridiculous. After that they offered me a taller doll then billed me foe the extra height. It has been very stressful and I would not advise anyone to do the same. I have detailed images and text if anyone would like to see what a road I have been down. Please beware!
