Horrible website. Unable to login. Can't see prices

It's a pity I cannot give a negative number of stars. Anyway. I created an account and did all the verification. Today I want to log into the system. There's no clear way, link, space. The stupid bot machine asked me about my details (name, email, country), then suggested me to create a support ticket. HORRIBLE. YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HELL MUST YOU GO TO LOG IN. How am I going to buy anything?I now want to log in, just to cancel the account and go labsxxx or gateway api.

I spoke to this lady Juliana.Menegatti. I explained i might want to use their product services. They first send a team meeting . After waiting on teams no response, but understood she was held up. Then I explained I might want to use their marketing services. I told them that customer may need to place an order on my website. Suddenly she erupted saying they don't have a product for me . Crazy, you think you would gather that information from visiting their website, before sharing your personal information in the first place. Very Rude Woman .

Would give them 0 stars if i could

Would give them 0 stars if i could. worked with a company for more than 15 years that was purchased by Sinch. customer service was horrible, and the people at corporate were worse. They would freeze or shut off your service, send an email and refuse to answer the phone. There are difficult business to work with, and then there are terrible "people" to deal with and they some how manage to get the people who fall in both buckets

Very difficult platform to work with…

Very difficult platform to work with with horrible customer service to boot. We are a legitimate company that is trying to fund our account just so we can test their service but they keep rejecting us and won't communicate. Moving on to alternative companies.

Sinch allows telemarketers and scammers to use their service to flood people with robocalls. Sinch does nothing to stop it when you report the numbers because the scammers will use or spoof another number

The refuse legitimate business

I have a software startup and like others mentioned, they won't let me fund my account. I didn't pass their security checks and they won't give any more information. Good thing there are many more providers and it's better that I found out now.

Disappointing Onboarding Experience for a Growing Startup

As a founder of a legitimate business in the telecom space, I was hopeful to use Sinch for voice services tied to our global eSIM platform. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. My payment was rejected without clear reason, and after multiple attempts to provide business details, I was met with vague responses and no path forward. I understand the need for fraud prevention, but Sinch’s process lacks transparency and leaves no room for legitimate early-stage startups to work with them. A disappointing experience that doesn’t inspire confidence in scaling with their platform.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. This company provides services to scammers as well as stalkers and harassers. Their customer service is a joke and they are extremely rude to anyone seeking needed information for law enforcement. I don’t understand how companies like this are allowed to operate and I’m sure there’s a special place in hell for anyone who works or does business with them.

This is a telecom provider that primarily supports scam and spam operators. Have received multiple scam calls from their networks (and in once instance the scammer confirmed they were a scammer). Sinch's revenue comes from evil acts.

Probably the worst costumer service in…

Probably the worst costumer service in the whole world.I have never ever experienced such a bad costumor service in my whole life. Just avoid them, if you run in to problems, OR if they charge you extra never even mind to try to get your money back.

Good for scammers; bad for everyone else

This company is the preferred choice of scammers everywhere. Countless victims have sent money to fraudsters who happily dial Americans from foreign call centers with tempting offers. This company and its evil directors allegedly have single-handedly facilitated nearly 60% of scam calls in the US. They claim to just provide wholesale services and can’t be held responsible for their customers’ conduct. In reality, they hide behind a shadowy catalog of LLCs and shell companies. Research suggests they actually have a major stake in these so-called “customer providers.” And even if they didn’t, knowingly allowing companies that do business with scammers makes them liable. So far, their cunning strategy has allowed them to blame others and sheltered them from any enforcement. It’s a shame our gutless, feckless FCC and FTC have been unable to stop this predatory behavior, jail the executives, and disgorge them of their illicitly gained profits. Shame!

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Sinch. Their response times are abysmal, often taking 4-5 months to address any issues. This kind of delay is unacceptable for any serious company. Not only have I lost money due to their inefficiency, but their lack of timely resolutions has been incredibly frustrating.Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and it feels like they don't care about their customers' concerns at all. I would strongly advise against using Sinch for any business needs. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable service provider.I will be sharing my negative experience across all possible platforms to warn others. Sinch has earned the worst review I could possibly give. Maybe this review won't matter to them, but it will certainly matter to potential customers.

Choose another service provider

You check all the information you can find about their services and all looks good, this one is useable. When the time comes to upgrade the account you get denied without explanation. After sending tickets to their support they simply reply with “there is a risk associated with the details” and you get shut down. “Each piece of information is then vetted and any which do not meet the standards will be declined”. No clarification on what this information is either. Wasted weeks on trying to use their solution to send text messages over pc. Don’t waste your time or resources on this company, take your business elsewhere. And I am not the only one with this experience

Poor customer service, not suitable for UK despite contract with BT

We needed to interface our software to Sinch SMS for a customer. We encountered several bugs and configuration problems with Sinch's API.Sinch's Customer Service took two weeks to get back to our developers and only after we chased four times.It turns out Sinch does not support sending to UK numbers at all in development mode. This blocked development and caused us to advise our customer to switch SMS provider.The lack of UK support is really poor given that BT (British Telecom) subcontracts their services for UK customers.

SINCH IS A SCAMMERS-SPAMMERS, FRAUDSTER SERVICE PROVIDED AND EVEN IF YOU TRY TO REPORT THE CRIMINALS THEY SUPPORT TO THEM IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. BECAUSE THEIR FORM HAS A GLITCH. IT IS NOT IN THEIR BEST INTEREST TO LOSE THEIR CRIMINALS PAYING CLIENTS.

AVOID ! Fraudulent!

AVOID !! fraudulently took money from me, after providing evidence back and forth of ignorant emails from themselves because they won’t admit what they’ve done or meet me face to face they’re closing the case. I requested numerous times their complaints procedure and what ombudsman etc they’re under to complain to be completely ignored of the answer numerous times. They’re thieving liars and absolutely fraudulent so AVOID!!

shockingly bad

shockingly bad, i tried to upgrade my account by depositing £10 they first ignored me for a week, i also asked their customer service if they provide actually voice api to make live calls with multiple times an they ignored my question and said i failed security, even though i have a limited company and website i provided them everything, i think this company are just chancers they cant provide so they don't tell you and simply give you a vague response that you didn't pass security after giving all your information, after a couple of weeks wouldnt trust i think they make most of their money of data harvesting, read the rest of the reviews, rude customer service.

Shockingly bad!!

As a veteran of some 20 years in SMS, I can tell you Sinch have given us more downtime in 6 months than we've had in aggregate over 20 years from other providers combined. Very poor customer service. Have suffered a lot of downtime as we were migrated from previous SAP platform. They take weeks to do anything including resolve a security policy breach at their end. As a customer I have no importance, feel completely under valued and am left with no way to impact their chronic service on my customers and business. They've grown massively through acquisitions over the last 3 years and are clearly unable to cope. Look elsewhere unless you want a lot of hassle.

Extremely poor customer service and…

Extremely poor customer service and support. Everything is fine until something goes wrong, and it can take days if not weeks to fix. This is not ideal if you rely on this service as part of a business.
