HELPFUL, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE
As a disabled person, my family and I are dependent on using a reliable car service into the West End, to theatres, to airports etc. Over a long period we have come to appreciate the friendly,helpful and reliable service provided by Sam and his team.We strongly recommend Shield Chauffers.

Highly recommend Shield Chauffeurs!
Very impressed with the service we received from Sam at shield chauffeurs. He still made it on time to collect us from the airport despite him being stuck in traffic due to a crash on the motorway. Very professional and great communication. Thank you!

Excellent Experience
From the start we had a wonderful experience with this service. Sam was an excellent communicator and arranged our ride so that we had no worries whatsoever. Our driver Ricardo was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the roads. He even accommodated a quick stop at the store for us and was attentive to anything we might need. I highly recommend this chauffeur service!

Consistently Good
After an overnight trans Atlantic flight it is reassuring to be met by a friendly, competent driver with a well maintained vehicle. Our return trip to the airport was just as positive. The service was “as advertised”, which is to say excellent.

Great Communication and Excellent Service
The reservation was easy to book and he was even able to pick us up earlier than anticipated since our flight arrived early. Sam was accommodating, the communication was great and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend using Shield Chauffeurs!

Professional. Punctual. The perfect car service
Sam was our driver. He was friendly, on-time, and made everything super easy -- from the time we booked, to pickup and everything in between. We used Shield to drive more than 4 hours between Heathrow and Liverpool. And from Manchester back to London. We rode in the Mercedes sprinter van -- which had wi-fi via a hotspot which was nice. The vehicle was comfortable and very clean. Sam was very accommodating the entire drive as we needed to make bathroom and lunch stops along the way. I would highly recommend Shield if you are looking for a car service.

Trip to London
As it was a special birthday outing to a London theatre, it was important that we were taken and collected on time. Our driver was punctual, very courteous and could not have been more helpful, and dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. We would certainly use them again.

Top Service and Great Communication
I can’t say enough great things about Sam and Shield Chauffeurs. My daughter and her friends were traveling abroad and Sam made the process of picking them up so easy. He was flexible when their times changed and even when we added another passenger. I will definitely be reaching out when I travel to London later this year to visit her.
