Great range of sheet music with plenty of options to choose from.I had a small billing issue after the free trial, but the team resolved it quickly and were very helpful throughout. Jacklyn is a star!

Be very careful with this company!!!!I bought one piece of music in January and have found myself paying a monthly subscription, which I knew nothing about.It must have been very sneaky , because I avoid subscriptions at all cost.
Excellent selection of good material, well presented. Printing is easy and effective. Good to know that it's legal and the copyright owners receive payment therefore: well worth it to receive such accurate and comprehensive sheet music.Some people report issues with payments: I had a small issue, dealt with very quickly and courteously. Always a good test of how good a service really is - how well problems are tackled. Highly recommended.

Good service and prompt refund when I realised I’d made a mistake with my order. However, every cloud…… I then discovered I’d been signed up to the PASS subscription without my knowledge. That’s been cancelled promptly.
This companies practices verge on the criminal! They sign you up to a subscription automatically! You have to unregister at checkout, it's in the small print. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! I wonder how many other customers have bought something and are now paying a monthly fee with out being aware. The other reviews suggest a lot. Words fail me. To think they can get away with this scam!
I had made a purchase from Sheet Music Direct (SMD). I don’t usually purchase music like this and when I do, it is, more often than not, for what has been requested at my Church. So, carelessly, I had inadvertently okayed a subscription.When the first charge was made on my credit card, I was puzzled and contacted SMD through their website. I then settled back for a prolonged set of to-and-fro of emails expecting explanations and questions. Imagine my shock when within hours – yes, hours – I received an email informing that the money was going to be refunded and no questions asked. That’s a sign, in my book, of a firm with integrity.Very appreciative of the prompt – nay, ‘superprompt’ – response and resolution. While I have no use for a subscription, I wish the company well and will return if further purchases are warranted.
I have been buying music from Sheet Music Direct for many years and have been really happy with the range of music available and I find their service very easy to use.Recently I realised I had inadvertently signed up for a subscription service that I did not want.I contacted the service desk and overnight, the service was cancelled and the money is being refunded in full. I was really impressed with the prompt response.I will continue to use Sheet Music Direct and would recommend them.
I had purchased a song's sheet music for my wife and when I showed it to her, there was something about it that she couldn't use (I can't read music). She said it was in good format but not at her level. The customer service agent Jacklyn, was very helpful and courteous. The response time was fantastic. We will be buying more. But next time, she can look it up.
The quick response and prompt customer service. I unknowingly signed for a monthly membership, called when I saw the confusing two charges, and Jacklyn, the Rep, immediately credited my card. Wish all companies were that easy to deal with.

Sheet Music Direct is awesome! We tried the 30 day trial and my 12 year old and 10 year old loved it. It has a wide selection of sheet music and the PASS app is easy to use. When we wanted to switch our monthly plan to the annual plan, I emailed their customer service. They responded within a few hours with just what we needed - a refund of the auto payment of 9.99 monthly plan so we could save a little money overall and switch to the annual plan. Not only that, but they informed me about a current promo that saved us even more. We are really happy with the customer service AND the PASS app for Sheet Music Direct.
I really like this website. Not only do they have a great selection and their site is easy to navigate, I’ve had a problem recently, and they handled the problem that was probably my fault to my satisfaction with expediency I highly recommend.
This site is a scam. Unsollicitaded monthly fee. No email to announce payment. Been able to cancel subscription but money for past months is gone.
This website is a complete con. When you create a login to be able to buy and download sheet music, they automatically sign you up with a ‘PASS subscription’ trial. The monthly trial is free but then, and this is the important part, it automatically renews itself unless you cancel it. It’s immoral.
By mistake, I ordered a piece of music which is a much higher level than my ability to play as a beginner.I wrote a message to the Sheet Music Direct customer's service and received a prompt response.They canceled my order, refunded me and provided all necessary info to make a new order suitable for me. This is an example of a great service which will definitely keep me as their customer for future needs.

I found a charge for Sheet Music which I did not purchase. I sent an email to Customer Service and was contacted immediately letting me know they were looking into it. The next day they had an answer as to what happened and why and it was resolved immediately. I am very impressed. This is a good, solid and reliable company. I had an issue with some sheet music I had purchased once and it was also resolved immediately.
