Flawed Product and No Customer Service
So I ordered a stainless steel toy from them a couple of weeks ago, paid the extra $15 to get it in 3 days, never got any tracking info like they promise. In fact, the site STILL says my item is processing. So fast forward TWO WEEKS LATER when I finally get my product. I open the package, and there's this HUGE flaw in the stainless steel - on the insertable portion, no less! There's this huge, abrasive, unsightly blemish in the finish - if you could call it a finish. I emailed them 3 days ago about it, included pictures, and asked for a refund. On their site FAQ they say they respond to messages in 12 hours. I've received NOTHING BUT AIR SILENCE from them about this. I wouldn't trust this company if my life depended on it. Save yourself some frustration and order from ExtremeRestraints, Pinkcherry, Adam&Eve - ANYWHERE other than SexToysBrand.

Sent incorrect, inferior product. No refund.
It was my first time buying from this company; I was looking for an item that had been discontinued on many other sites but this one happened to sell it. The price was reasonable, the delivery was understandable as it was sent international, but what followed was a headache that I can't wait to forget. Once I received the item I instantly noticed that they sent someone that looks nothing like what I had purchased. I'd say it is a much inferior product and looking and other sites, is immensely cheaper than what I paid for. So, as you do, you contact the company enquiring why they have done this. They requested I take a photo of the item and then ask if I would take a partial refund. Of course, I declined. How can you purposely send an item that is not only wrong, but something so cheap and hope the customer accepts it or doesn't notice? It's been a month since my initial contact and I still haven't received a refund even though they sent me what looks like an invoice but stating a refund is being processed minus an "adjustment fee". That email was sent two weeks ago and no refund has been given. Avoid thss company at all costs, the fact that at the time if writing it is already listed as 'poor' does not surprise me. Had I been able to find the item at the time from the UK, I would have happily paid more money for it but opted for this site as it was the only one who had the item. Extremely disappointed and will be spreading the word that this website and the people behind it our basically out to scam your money, based on my personal experience.

WASTE OF MONEY!!
I paid an extra $15 because they said they could have it to within 10 days! I ended up waiting nearly a month! I could've gotten free shipping with how long it took!! I contacted them after a couple weeks and all I got was a reply saying that they had no information for me. Then 3 weeks after it showed up, I received the tracking number.. Plus its horrible quality!! Honestly, I threw it away right after I opened it!! NOT WORTH IT!! I SUGGEST SPENDING YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

How does a company forget to update the website? "we forgot to update this information on site, sorry for the inconvenience might cause for you" I never got my tracking number, unless requested because they FORGOT.

A pleasure
So I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I bought this, thought maybe every now and again "treat" myself when the girlfriend's away. Well lemme tell you, it beats the hand by a long shot. The sensation is way more intense. Also I've read where others have a problem with the opening at the other end, if anything it's a good thing. This allows for an open end approach, another where you can close the end by either pressing the end like a water hose or sticking your finger in the end and also provide for an easier way of cleaning the product. I also read where cleaning the older models required turning it inside out and would cause advance wear and tear. This product isn't that hard to clean after "use". Storing I would say is the only issue I had as I was afraid the material would attract hair or dust so immediately after use I'd place it back in the box with the end open to allow for a little drying. I don't know if this is the best way as I've only had it for a week. The length? Well being about the average I'd say the length is fine for me. Unless you've been with someone that's a bit more talented than the norm you're not really going to use the entire sleeve. The smell? Not that noticeable to me and even if it was strong isn't unpleasant. The color? What, are you going to be showing this off to someone? Use it in the dark if it's a problem. I think one thing that's important is don't use it every day. Certain pleasures can be burnt out. Let it be your chocolate chip cookie at the end of the day or the indulgent rock out session in your car.

Awful company - wrong product and horrible service
I ordered two items, one finally shipped three weeks later, which is too long in this day and age. The other item was wrong, completely wrong! They told me it was close to what I ordered, which is sooo false. Then I complained and they offered me a $20 credit on a $70 item. Who does business like this. I am still trying to resolve this and it is going on two weeks now. Do not buy from them, you will be sorry.

They send different products
Service is too slow, took almost 3 weeks to get it and I got a totally different product! The customer service said " it is a little different from the picture, but it is almost the same". It was not.

wonderful toys, wonderful website
I held off buying this for a while because of the price, but oh my god it was so worth it! So tight and lifelike feeling - I have several other cheaper similar items and they don't come close to the tightness and feel of this. I like to practice control like in the tantric sex teachings (getting right up to the point of ejaculating and feeling the orgasmic feelings without going over the edge, then backing off and doing it over again so it lasts a long time.)
