Less than one star

Less than one star Serta of mattress was defective from day one causing substantial back pain. I was required by City Furniture in Clearwater Florida to pay $50 for an inspector to come out and confirm its defects. Required another $100 for them to deliver replacement. Spent $150 additional dollars because serta made, and City Furniture sold, a defective product. This cost should have been absorbed by either Serta, the manufacturer, or City furniture, the retailer. Additionally, I should have been given the option to choose another type or style of mattress. Had no choice but to end up with the same style and type of mattress that was defective in the first place.

Memory Foam Pillow filled with garbage foam

bought their memory foam copper pillow. ABSOLUTELY the WORST pillow. All the pillow is filled with is old ground up foam. they sell it as a premium item but they just fill the left over junk from the mattresses.

Fails within 3 years, insane for a mattress over 2 grand

Paid $2300 for a mattress that is now worthless after 3 years of normal use and causing extreme back pain. I know it is the mattress because it hurt before I went on vacation, I was fine at the air B&B and now that Im back Im ready to see a chiro. I spent this much because I expected it to last 10 years, what a joke. Just had to shell out another $1600 on a new mattress that I cant afford.

I do like the mattress from Serta…

I do like the mattress from Serta Hospitality. We slept on one at a major resort and ordered one as soon as we got home. Like other reviewers, my beef is with RXO, their delivery company. They missed two 4 hour promised delivery windows and their offshore customer service department was a complete joke. I'm surprised that Serta continues to use RXO. I understand that RXO is a public company and I'm looking into shorting their stock.

I do like the mattress from Serta…

I’m one of the folks wanting “0” stars

I’m one of the folks wanting “0” stars. Bought the last of a kind mattress so it was sold “as is.” I asked the salesman what would happen in the event the mattress didn’t hold up. He was quick to tell me to go thru the manufacture. Guess what. 1 year later I have an awful, saggy $925 mattress and Serta sends me an email saying items “as is” have NO warranty. Stay clear from this shady company.

they can improve by not ripping folks…

they can improve by not ripping folks off with these mattresses. I bought a hybrid mattress from the furniture store in douglasville ga. I have went through the same situations in all of the reviews. can something be done about this. my mattress started sagging on 1 side and big big lumps on both sides and in the middle of the mattress. having back pains. I bought this mattress last year 2024 in march. this mattress looks like it has been around 50years+. is there something that can be done about this. how do they continue to get away with this. how can we file a class action law suit. this is just not right!

Have had a terrible experience with my Serra I bought January 2024 Had it replaced once and same thing happened. Sagging, terrible on back. All supports have been in place.

Delivery is unacceptable

The delivery service they contracted (RXO) is terrible. In a different order with another company, RXO never delivered my furniture and I had to go to the store myself and pick it up or wait another month. So when I saw that Serta was also using RXO, I was concerned. Sure enough, I've been waiting 6 hours and have made multiple calls to RXO. They keep assuring me the team is on its way, but it's now 9pm and they are not here. Nor are they responding. I would call Serta and cancel my order at this point, but they're now closed. I will cancel on Monday though, and I will never buy from Serta again. I realize this mess is ultimately RXO's responsibility, but Serta chooses to use a delivery service that's utterly unreliable and it's unacceptable to keep people waiting like this.

King down alternative pillows

I purchased a set a king pillows that were so bad they caused headaches, neck and shoulder pain. I called customer service and they said because I bought them at Marshall’s they couldn’t do anything to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up in my face.Worst product and customer service I ever experienced.
