Please save your time and shop elsewhere. I ordered a mattress and cancelled the order the next day and guess what? I didn’t hear back from them until 7 days later and said sorry it’s too late to cancel and collects a $175 fee! Are you kidding me?? This company is trash!
Me and my Wife bought a Sealy Mattress in 2022, brand new from a local store nearby. Was good for all of two years before we had to buy a 2-4 inch thick memory foam pillow top which only worked for another year. We switched to SweetNight this year. Our back started having a lot of problems the last year of having it. By the time we took the pillowtop off, the mattress was as hard as a rock. You couldn't really push your hands down into it. The mattress only lasted about 3 years in total. It was supposed to be memory foam and it was supposed to have cooling tech which, it did not feel cool to the touch either. And thats even after buying a pillowtop. The place we bought it from said it'd last for 5-10 years. Yeah right. If you are looking for a great mattress, avoid Sealy at all costs. You will just waste a lot more money because you will have to change the mattress out within a few years with a lot of back and hip pain on the side as the complimentary bonus. The materials those mattresses are made of, are cheap materials sold at a higher price. And they will try to convince you, like they all do, that its an amazing brand. Don't fall for it. We're never going back.
What a really bad company with terrible customer service they wanted me to send my drivers license over email to verify my billing address and such rude customer service I am surprised they aren’t better would never buy from them

Order mattress on line on a Sunday sent email to cancel order because I need it sooner they never got back with me about it then when they did told me I could not cancel it has already been shipped but on my end the order was still pending then was told if you want to cancel 175 bunch of crooks I'm still fighting this company I have a dispute in with my bank they are scammers don't purchase on line pls they know they were wrong also I was lied to by manager ask for them to call me so that we could discuss and I never got a call horrible customer service
The company informs that there is a trial period to test satisfaction with the mattress, however only if you click 2-3 times you realize you have to pay USD 175 to return or exchange (my fault I did not see that). But even paying that, the process of returning has been a nightmare. They outsource the delivery service to a company (that, at least in Orlando FL area) is not responsive, they do not answer the phone or give customer any kind of response on when they will come. Bottom line I am trying to return the mattress and get a refund for the last 15 days without success. Sealy customer service response is faster but they do not solve the issue. So quite frustrating experience
I have been trying to get a hold of a canadian rep by the name of Bill Blendick...two email and 3 weeks later..no response...oh well, they just lost my business..I wish I can give them zero star..There is absolutley zero customer service
If I could I would give no stars. I decided to purchase a mattress. Before I submitted my purchase I called customer service to get some details and asked about delivery, and was told that I will receive an email about the delivery date. Fast forward to about 3 days after the 1st call, call back a 2nd time. When I didn't receive an email I had decided that I was going to cancel and just purchase me a mattress right away. Called back to customer service and requested a cancellation and was told that they couldn't cancel the order in their department. The rep also made a comment that there was no guarantee of cancellation and that I will receive an email. A few days later I received the email telling me that they could not cancel because the shipment was in process, not shipped mind you but in process for shipping. I was also told there will be $175 dollar restocking fee that I felt was ridiculous because of all the miscommunication about the delivery and the fact I was not informed. I called my bank to request a loss prevention because I was getting mixed communication the money stayed in pending for almost 2 weeks. I find it very suspicious that the following day the money that was pending for the purchase of that mattress was now posted and I received the email that my mattress will be delivered with only a couple of days from the date of the last email. I was able to get my bank from my credit card company under a loss prevention. Today March 7th 2025 I received a refund for $378, $398 is missing, so the problem with my full refund still have to be researched 2 month ongoing problem that have get been resolved. I would highly recommend if you want a Seally mattress just go to Mattress Firm or a retail store do not purchase online, because you will go through weeks of trying to get a refund
They treat employees like dirt, they don’t care about your safety and they sure don’t care about your earnings.After working here for 15 years still gets laid off 3 to 5 times a year is such a usual thing in this company, the supervisors and manager have no experience whatsoever is the reason this place going down fast! Bought a sealy last year. Spent over 2k on sale 🙄Sagging within 6 months. Sides collapsing as in roll right off on floor. Less than a year later - un-usable. Created major back issues. I would never recommend.
Bought online during their Labor Day sale. They 'shipped' the mattress to their shipping company so my mattress says it has been shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. The delivery company they use has such terrible reviews that you couldn't make them up if you tried. That company's phone number is always a busy signal. Sealy won't cancel my order because they say it has been shipped to the shipping company and I need to 'refuse' the order IF they contact me. Yes. The support person said 'if' they contact me. So Sealy knows this company doesn't contact its customers?I continue to get 'it's not my department, I'll file a ticket' or 'you'll hear back from us in 5 - 7 business days' yet no resolution.Beyond horrible customer service. Can't say anything about the mattress because I never received it! I guess I need to take legal action to get my $2200 back?----Update: I received an email stating they canceled my order. Waiting for the reversal of the charge...
If you are trying to buy a new mattress you better stay away from Sealy. The mattress they sold me for $3000 it is so bad that i cannot use it. The Sealy Posturepedic is very uncomfortable and hard it make my muscles numb. No refunds or exchange.
