Duress

For the price, this is the worst CRM you can get. I have been with them for years under duress. Once you are in, it's hard to move away. I am finally moving away and couldn't be more excited.

I literally stopped watching the Olympics because of an ad of theirs. AI driven filth like this is a pox on our collective society and minds. The boycotting of any firm that uses this or things like it needs to be in full swing.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Was sold the product and can't even log in. Tried reaching the company and keep getting the run around. Trying to cancel and that doesn't work either. I loved the platform, but tech support and overall company culture is terrible. Run....

Garbage

Garbage, keeps sending mails about some garbage like I won 50 Bitcoins and when I go in the live support to ask them why I keep getting this they all just leave the chat once I confront them, this isn't even a real company it's just some money laundering garbage.

Cant even purchase the product

Cant even purchase the product. Salesforce has to be the only American company that doesn't allow customers to pay them. Everyone who works in their payments team should be fired today.Wont accept either UK addresses or Tax codes. tried about 30 times with different browsers, cards, computers. The stupidest part is they wont tell you what to enter or what the options are, like a drop down list, like professional companies do. They advertise that they will manage your company database of accounts and contacts and all of their address details securely and safely, and create complex crm solutions for your business.....However, they themselves do not know how to lookup an address or inform you how they look up an address. The fact there isint a simple UK registration/payment help screen to explain these two straightforward items indicates they could not care less about the UK as a market.Seriously stupid. Just stop selling here or add a help screen.

Salesforce is not a small business

Salesforce is not a small business. Salesforce was welcomed by our sales team because they had used it previously. It is also positioned as a powerful, all-in-one CRM, hwoever, it has proved overly complex, expensive, and heavily reliant on ongoing customisation and third-party consultants just to function at a basic level for our workflows for our small team. Simple tasks required significant configuration, and changes are not quick nor intuitive.The onboarding and implementation process was particularly disappointing. Expectations were not clearly set, timelines dragged out, and the system never fully aligned with how our business actually operates.Perhaps as a small business, we did not have the time to spend on set-up, but we are constantly frustrated by this CRM (complexity and lack of user-friendliness).Reporting and visibility — one of the key reasons we chose Salesforce — fell short of what was promised without further costly development. Support was inconsistent, and resolution often depended on external partners rather than Salesforce itself.For large enterprises with in-house technical teams, Salesforce may be suitable. For small businesses looking for a practical, efficient, and intuitive CRM, our experience was that it created more friction than value.We would not recommend Salesforce to businesses seeking simplicity, transparency on costs, and ease of use.

the longer you work here...

the longer you work here, the more likely youll get laid off. the company does not care about loyalty. they would rather offshore your responsibilities to a lower cost hub. if your manager and leadership is at a lower cost hub than you, good luck.

Tried to revise agreement after one…

Tried to revise agreement after one year of working with them and was told we couldn’t because we didn’t tell them 30 days prior to renewal, so we are stuck with agreement for another 12 months

0/10 worst company i have ever seen. Couldn't even cancel my subscription

I hate leaving reviews but this company deserves the worst one possible. I tried to cancel my subscription after seeing it has no value, something so simple that most companies have one button on their platform for. I was forced to log 3 cases that no one responded to, no one responded to the billing email they have on their website. A very nice lady from sales called me and was not able to assist me because she said she only has access to sales stuff and would need to transfer me to billing, when she did that I got hit with an automated message and the call hung up. So the solution was to go to my credit card company and block the vendor instead of just cancelling the subscription with them. What a horrible horrible horrible company 0/10 do not recommend go with any other CRM if you are starting a business they are absolutely garbage.

Salesforce marketing cloud is GARBAGE

I've been using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for about 3 years at my job in Montreal. There is no words about how much I find this tool A UTTERLY PIECE OF TRASH. I can't find words for the experience. How clunky this thing is. As an example: I'm working, then suddenly, there is a pop up not displaying correctly. As such, I must reload the page, then I'm out of the working document. Fantastic, now I'm disrupted and angry.omg

Terrible experience working with Salesforce

Terrible experience working with Salesforce as well as the individuals you MUST hire in order to build the environment to be able to use in the first place. They promise you everything only to deliver absolutely nothing and then to be stuck in a contract for 2 years for a product we can't use.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Company Does Nothing But Allow Spam. This company does nothing but hunt email address to spam unsolicited emails to. They should be shut down. I work for a training company and we get probably 20 emails about estimating and other things that we have no interest in.

Extremely disappointing support experience

Extremely disappointing support experience. We have been contacting Salesforce since November 24, sending multiple emails, and not a single response has been received — not even an acknowledgment that our messages were received.Their phone line redirects you back to the website, making it impossible to speak with anyone or get real assistance. For a company of this size, the lack of customer support is surprising and unacceptable.We expected a much higher level of service and reliability. As of now, we’re still waiting for any form of reply.

I discovered from a GDPR request that…

I discovered from a GDPR request that Salesforce.com have been selling my stolen data (personal mobile number) to LUSHA.com, whom in turn have been selling my data to companies who call at 4am saying I've legitimate interest in paying for their services, dating apps etc. This Israel company is scum and I've put in 4 right to be forgotten requests, but they just buy back my data from SalesForce.com and sell it again. Disgusting that a big brand like salesforce work with scummy companies like that. Salesforce is now blacklisted in my company as a partner.
