I ordered the classic Reebok ankle-high…

I ordered the classic Reebok ankle-high sneakers in garment leather that I used to LOVE! There was nothing on the website to tip me off about how different these new ones would be. The website called them "garment leather," which they certainly are NOT! The shoes that came are so stiff I could not get a foot into one. When I complained to them, they admitted that they don't actually know what material is used in making them, in Vietnam. The only way I could get a refund (minus $5 for my trouble) was to take them to my P.O. myself. I told them I don't drive and am not fit enough to walk there to fix a problem cause by THEIR LIE about the quality I would receive. They will not budge. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Be wary

Be wary. Ordered online and they added on non refundable ‘duties’. If you return items this is not refunded to you. I raised this via customer service with some questions and after an initial response was ignored for over 2 weeks.

I’ve been a loyal Reebok Nano customer for years, which makes this experience especially disappointing.I ordered the Nano X5, but the unclear sizing on the website led me to select the wrong size. I contacted customer support immediately to fix it and was told nothing could be done until I received and returned the shoes.I also paid $25.95 for overnight shipping and was told it would not be refunded, even though I tried to correct the issue right away. I’m now expected to absorb that cost due to poor support and lack of flexibility.That’s not how loyal customers should be treated.As a result, I’ve already switched brands and ordered shoes from Mat Fraser’s While On Earth brand instead. Reebok still makes good shoes, but the company’s customer service is clearly going downhill.This could have been a simple exchange. Instead, it turned into a frustrating and unnecessary experience. Goodbye to Reebok forever.

It’s just scam

It’s just scam. I don’t know what’s wrong with these people. Ordered 2 times the same joggers, they don’t ship it even tho the product is available in the website. they take forever to reply and they just send the refund with no explanation.For this kind of historical brand is just awful.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. For a company as big as Reebok, taking over two weeks to respond to emails about faulty products is an absolute joke.I purchased a pair of trainers before Christmas that arrived defective, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Instead of fixing the issue, all they keep offering are discounts for future purchases — as if I’d want to buy from them again after this experience.Completely unacceptable service from start to finish. Word of warning: don’t buy direct.

This is the worst company

This is the worst companyI ordered by mistake. They do not care I tried to explain I wanted a different pair they don’t care, Anyway I ordered on Jan 1st and according to the website it would take 4-8 business days today is feb 6th and its been GA for almost a week. Also if you decide to sent them back they charge you $5 if you want a refund/ plus$24.99 shipping they charge they keep. I live in Puerto Rico. Don’t order this is a ripoff. I did report consumer report.

Placed my order for two pairs of…

Placed my order for two pairs of trainers on the 20th of January it is now nearly 3 weeks later every time I have emailed customer service they have said they will look into it but they don’t actually get back to me. I spent £100 on trainers or either want a refund or at least someone telling me where my trainers are going to be. This is a joke.

Return from hell!! Never got a refund.

Ordered a tracksuit and a jumper. Jumper was perfect but the tracksuit was a little too small but was for a Christmas present. I missed the return window by a matter of hours as it had been shipped a day earlier than they said it would. The second I realised I emailed customer support to resolve this in hopes of still being able to issue a return as the clothes had never been worn and was still in original packaging. The customer service individual ‘Ines’ replied to my email almost two weeks later asking for proof of items likewise I sent that and it has been almost a month since I first contacted them and it’s been radio silence ever since. Reebok need to update their sizing guides to make it actually right and sort out their customer service team and communication as this was simply appalling. Do not shop online here. 0/5

Return process expensive and long

Be aware if you return your purchase, the delivery and return postage fee will be deducted from your refund. In this case, nearly 12 euros for 1 pair of shoes. So I've been notified, but it's nearly a month later and I'm still waiting.

No refund and 0 customer service

Ordered 2 pairs of shoe. Returned one of them. Received a confirmation email that they have recieve the Item and refund had been initiated. But I never received the refund. Challenged through my credit card company to get money back. Frustrating part was customer care who never responded to my 3 emails.Stop buying reebok.

Returning is a joke

Returning the items is an absolute nightmare with reebok, they choose fed ex in Germany and there are 6 return locations in cologne that are all an hour outside the city centre, then you go to one and then the screen is broken and you cannot return. I’ll never order fromReebok again!!

Worst Customer Service Ever

I NEVER bother to write reviews about poor customer service, but my experience with Reebok was so bad that I need to make sure other people don't make the same mistake as me. I ordered a pair of shoes I wanted for a trip and when they still hadn't shipped out 5 business days later, I requested that my order was cancelled because I wouldn't receive them in time. Up until this request, the customer service agent was extremely responsive and answered me very quickly (like within 10 minutes). The minute I asked for a refund they went dark, and then days later finally responded to say they couldn't give me a refund because the order was already with the warehouse (yet I still hadn't received a shipping email at this point). I called and left a message asking that the order be cancelled and received a call back saying it had been. When I didn't receive any email confirmation of this, I sent multiple emails again asking if it had been cancelled and explaining that I would be gone by the time the shoes were delivered to my house and would get stolen if the package was sitting outside my door. They still didn't respond and a FULL WEEK LATER when I had sent 3 unanswered emails requesting my order was cancelled and was told on the phone that it had been, I received the shipping email. Took two weeks to ship out a single pair of shoes and apparently they're incapable of cancelling an order in the week leading up to it being processed. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had online shopping, won't ever be buying from them again

Worst customer service in the world

Worst customer service in the world. Need to return items via the portal, which went ok, but they never sent a return address label, numerous emails later, as chat a waste of space, can't even get on it as it doesn't show you an icon, still no label. Had a response, but just resent back my initial email, good old Derek:( Avoid at all costs
