Disappointed with the quality

The material quality of a Ralph Lauren men's knit hat made of acrylic or nylon left me feeling disappointed. The knits started breaking up.

Appalling customer service and no refund for returned item

Returned an item and more than 2 months later have received no communication from RL let alone a refund. Appalling customer service. Have sent 4 emails and have not even received acknowledgment of same. I will never buy from Ralph Lauren again.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service. No associates came to me and greeted me. There was a an employee there who also mocked us for looking in the women's sections instead of helping us find the men's section.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ralph Lauren have sent me the wrong size item six times in a row. It's like having a second job returning them. But I don't get paid for my time and I have no Ralph Lauren clothes at the end of it. Just a pile of exchange and email admin and a petrol bill.

$ GARBAGE $ I purchased a shirt that started…

I purchased a shirt that started falling apart after washing it. It obviously can’t be resold yet they refuse to take it back and I can’t get my money back. What a ripoff! They are not cheap yet the quality of this shirt is poor and I’m stuck with it.

I would give 0 star if I could

I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered expedite shipping the whole ordered got cancelled by the corporate the shipping cost not refund the customer service was rude and unhelpful from the staff to the supervisor name Brenda. I’ll never buy this brand again. Horrible experience. So negative. Hold my money until the product returned I never returned the product they decide to stop the delivery and charge for shipping. Why anybody would wasting time. Go for other brand. Sound like a scam on shipping which cost me $24 and not making it. Stating that my profit isn’t meet the requirements to purchase after took the whole payment. So lame and shame. This brand should go out of business shortly or eventually.

3 times same quality issue | Corderoy pants with stains

I ordered a pair of corderoy pants for 265 CHF and they arrived with a big stain on the zipper, making it look like you peed on your pants. Returned it. Ordered it again. Same issue. Persistent as I am I tried a third time. They came with the same stain plus a fabric issue although their customer services said it would be perfect (makellos). They offered me a discount of 50 CHF which I declined. So sad this brand has been one of my favorites but this poor quality is an embarrassment for their brand.

I ordered a pair of trousers £30 and waited.. they didn’t arrive after a month, I emailed them asking what if happening with my order emailed back saying they would be in touch with “relevant department” this was a week ago heard nothing since. I feel I have been robbed

Cultural appropriation

Ralph Lauren logic: see a typical knitted sweater as a huge part of A culture, then steal it and sell it to the Olympics as "american pride" and "athletic spirit". That's seriously low for a "luxury" brand. But then again, do the "US" really have culture?

The linen used to make the men's linen…

The linen used to make the men's linen shirts nowadays is so cheap the shirt just frays within months. The cost of these shirts are $249 you can get better quality elsewhere. Such a rip off. It use to be great at one stage when it was all about quality and style.

Terrible cybersecurity and you will be scammed!

Absolute joke of cybersecurity at this company! I was shopping online and an item I wanted to purchase was sold out. I was able to put in my email to receive notice if it came back in stock. I received an email a few days later saying it was in stock and to reply if I'd like. I replied immediately and didn't hear anything until a few days later. I received a random email from someone who did not identify themselves nor even tell me they were with RL or what store. They informed me if I wanted they would send a pay link to purchase the item. No way to identify them or the product or even if this was real. It was sent from an iPhone per the email at the bottom. Whether it was a scam or a legit email is besides the point. Ralph Lauren doesn't care about cybersecurity or you getting ripped off! You might as well be using a sketchy website off of social media. That's how amateurish this company is. It's clear that even if it was a real email, the employee was more concerned with getting commission than they were at making the customer feel secure they weren't getting ripped off! Save your money and shop at Target! They at least have an app an work to make sure the transactions are secure!

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. After purchasing two items I had several weeks of not receiving anything only to be informed (after chasing) that the items had been delivered to a local shop. I rearranged a delivery to my home address through RL and waited again several weeks. I chased with customer service who informed me after several exchanges that someone had COLLECTED THE PARCEL?! I explained I had not collected any parcel and reminded them of the plan to redeliver to my home address. Despite many emails and calls, they are refusing to refund me/resend the order or even investigate what happened. I emphasised that they should check cctv at the shop but they have been absolutely unwilling to help or resolve the issue, despite having been a local online customer with them in the past.

Just do NOT order

So I made an order on December 4th. The same I recorded the return because I tried on the items and the dozed didn't fit. Other needed sizes were not available in store so I couldn't opt to have them exchanged. Immediately that day, on December 4th took everything to the assigned post office.The return happened on January 19th! And they claimed I failed to return it. Not to mention they wrote that I used the label they provided in a false manner. How exactly can someone use a return label wrong?! So I never received a refund.Just don't order. End of story.

Received Incorrect Item, Case Closed Without Resolution

I purchased two jumpers from Ralph Lauren Online on 2 January 2026. However, on 10 January 2026, I received one pair of pants instead of the ordered items.On the same day, I contacted customer service and provided photos of the parcel and the pants received, requesting assistance to resolve the issue.On 14 January, I was advised that they had footage proving the correct items were sent and claimed that I had signed for the delivery. Based on this, they informed me that the case would be closed, without offering any further investigation or resolution.As I did not receive the items I paid for, I escalated the matter through my AMEX card provider. After reviewing the evidence, the transaction was successfully refunded via chargeback.This experience was disappointing and stressful, particularly due to the lack of willingness to properly address a clear delivery discrepancy.

Scam - not receiving my money back after they confirmed the return!

I am absolutely horrified reading about the bad reviews and having experienced a very bad situation myself upon purchasing a product through this “official” website. I received the product, however, as it was not to my liking, I ended up returning it. One week later, I received an email saying that they received the product, but I have not yet received any refund. I have contacted them upon several times through the last month and they keep giving me different answers to why I haven’t received the money and that I should contact someone else(??). I am horrified and worried that I will never receive my money back- 300 euros.The worst thing is that the webpage seem super legit so this is very surprising and it ruins the brand name.

I was then told that my feedback could not be published on their website because it does not meet their “guidelines.” This raises the question of what those guidelines actually are, as it appears only positive reviews are acceptable—regardless of the quality of service provided.I contacted them on 7 January to request a conversation with a manager. It is now 21 January 2026, and I have still received no response. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be a luxury brand. Both the product and the customer service fall far below expectations. I will not be purchasing from or supporting this business again.

Awful exchange process online

I initially thought ordering online and using the exchange service, would be a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, it’s turned into a complete waste of time.I was sent the incorrect item, and the correct one is now sold out, leaving me with a mismatched set. The exchange process has been far from smooth, and customer service has been unhelpful in resolving the issue.This has been a very disappointing experience overall.

Awful

Ordered an item. They sent a different one. They never replied again asking what happened when i wrote customer service.Sent the item back and been waiting for weeks for them to process the return. Absolutely disastrous.
