QUIT CLOSING ON SUNDAYS!

First, they are closed on MLK day, which sucked. But now, on Super Bowl Sunday?? How lame is that!! Therw is nothing more American than chicken on SBS! And they are closed... AGAIN?? Come on guys, get with it, QUIT CLOSING DOWN BECAUSE YOU HAVE SOME EMPLOYEES BITCHING ABOUT WORKING, Y'ALL SUCK!!!

Took my son for his birthday

Took my son for his birthday, he hyped it up and sadly it was disappointing. The coleslaw was tart, the chicken was soggy. Just not what I was excepting. My son was even disappointed which made it worse. Spent 70 dollars for a family of 4 not worth the funds to be disappointed

VERY ANGRY ALWAYS PROBLEMS

WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW THEY GUY WAS VERY RUDE HE GAVE US A DINK WITCH I DIDNT PAY ATTENAN TO UNTIL I GAVE IT TO MY DAUGHTER AND IT WAS WRONG AND THE 4PICES OF BREAD WAS NOT IN THE BAG THE PLATE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS JUST THROWED IN THERE AND NO SLAW WAS IN IT I AM MAD ABOUT THISI DONT KNOW IF I WANT TO GO THERE AGAIN IT SEEM LIKE IT IS LOTS OF PROBLEMS WHEN I DO THANKS

This is the slowest service I have ever experienced at a “fast” food place. I have been waiting in the drive thru line for over half an hour waiting for an order for my son. I will never come here again.

I ordered Canes chicken fingers( 3313 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 )around 1:20 today and picked them up. My order was ready on time. The lady at the counter was extremely pleasant and even asked if I had forgotten my drink. I told her I hadn’t ordered one. The store was very clean, and the entire crew—especially the lady at the counter—was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location.

Beware.. Undercooked Food

I have been eating raising cane's for several years until recently I have been experiencing different locations undercooking the fries and the most recent terrible experience was today in which I didn't even get a receipt. I called customer relations to report it and spoke with Allison who said she would block my number for reporting undercooked fries. Beware and stay far away from this over priced undercooked food to make you sick!

Meridian

Meridian, Idaho Location!!Our first visit to Raising Cane’s became our last. We drove an hour home to find two missing meals from our order. When we called, the manager refused to look up the order because it would “take too long.” His only options were to drive back or call corporate — even though the mistake was theirs.We paid for food we didn’t receive, and got zero customer support. Not worth the drive, the hype, or the frustration.

Very Disappointing

The store in Woodbury Minnesota is usually not good. Most of the time the chicken pieces are barely coated, usually only one side is coated, you almost get bare chicken that's deep fried. Fries are never hot. We have actually had almost frozen bread in our order. The sauce is very good but they give you so little that they force you to get extra at of course a high cost.

The only thing I can guess from the…

The only thing I can guess from the reviews is that people only give reviews when they have a bad experience. 'Cus I've been going to Raising Cane's since it opened in Baton Rouge, now i'm in Texas, and must eat it once a month. It's always pretty solid.

Used to be good

Used to be good. Last two times the fries undercooked the chicken strips are small. Just not worth the money anymore.Today the girl at the counter wouldn't stop touching her face and then the food coming out. Lucky a different person handed me my food. This was the Downey CA location

Corporate greed

Had Raising Cane's 3 finger take out. I wanted the 6 finger, but $18 for a meal for one from fast food is ridiculous. This isn't inflation. This is corporate greed.

Chicken for people with no taste buds

Completely underwhelming chicken. Lacked basic seasoning. One word to describe would be bland. Lackluster fries. Something you can get in the frozen section of the market. Poor excuse for "texas toast" as well.

My daughter ordered 7 or 8 platters cus we have a large family. The food was bland, cold , small portions and had to add seasoning to even eat it. Very disappointed being the hype was so real and the quality of food was disappointing smh

The customer service is HORRIBLE

The customer service is HORRIBLE! The food is ok at best but also horrible! I went to raining cains on 5060 S Wadsworth in Littleton Colorado on 6-27-2025 at 1pm to try for the first time. I ordered the box meal with non sweet iced tea. Drove away to Sam’s club to eat and iced tea was sweet tea ( which I cannot drink) and the 4 tenders had serious Grizzle almost non edible. I drove back to restaurant and tried to ask for correct tea( full glass in hand), and cashier told me sorry I couldn’t return for new. I started to raise my voice and told her that I didn’t order sweet tea and wanted my order which was given to girl taking orders outside due to high volume. Not pleasant experience and will never go again because food was near horrible and people working are not correct to customers when clearly I was Not in fault. I have pictures of the ridiculous grizzle in the tenders and videos.
