I just got my order.
I just got my order. You need to send them an email with your order reference to have them check. Once they check, they will send you. It will take some time but better than losing money.

This company is a scam. They took my money and didn’t receive any products. Their customer service literally doesn’t exist. No one replies even after weeks.

They are a SCAM!
If I could give it 0 i would. I bought the palettes and the quality is the worst. The have the worst customer service ever. I emailed them regarding the items when i bought it, they never replied, the delivery also took verry long. I also emailed them regarding the return of the items, they never replied. i DM the company on instagram and they blocked me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCTS ARE REALLY BAD QUALITY AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TURLY REGRET MY PURCHASE.
