Management behavior
This is for 4800 4th st renton highlands store.Attention Management (In regards to Daqualine behavior ),As a customer, I was very uncomfortable witnessing a manager speak negatively about a young employee. This employee has consistently been helpful during my visits. The behavior created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere that affected the overall customer experience.I strongly recommend considering appropriate corrective actions, including possible suspension and additional training. It also raises concern about how many employees may be subjected to this type of treatment on a regular basis.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
