The phone numbers don't work at all. The online chat works but the guy speaks broken English and you can tell it's not a legit company.

SCAM!!! If I could I would give them ZERO or…
If I could I would give them ZERO or minus. STAY AWAY from this website. Listen to reviews already posted, do not get scammed. Geroge Shane who is also "Mat" on the wesbite chat, is the one running this scam. He lies about everything. The product he sells is NOT made in USA, he does NOT deliver, however he will take your money and keep telling you forever that the order is on the way. Send you DHL tracking number, which is ONLY online created label. DHL confirmed they never received anything. He promissed delivery within 2-3 weeks, we are 6 weeks in and NOTHING. I asked for proof of order made and shipped, all he had for me were empty words, promisses without the proof. When I requested refund, he disconnected chat on the web and stopped responding. DO NOT ORDE from this website!!! You will be scammed. I gave him many opportunity to explain or fix the situation, nothing was done!

Buyer beware - only received 20% of what was ordered
We placed an order for 500 custom printed boxes. The order was late getting delivered and required that followup on our part. When we finally received the order (from Pakistan) there were only 108 boxes delivered. I immediately contacted George. I sent 8 photos. I included a photo of the packing slip that was NOT understandable (instead of saying 500 boxes, it stated a 'weight' for the total order).George responded quickly and said initially said the remaining boxes were being shipped. Weeks turned into months ... We were patient and only asking for the the remaining boxes.Long story short we paid for 500 boxes and never received the remaining boxes. George (IMO) is more incompetent than dishonest ... he had a bad off-shore printer who didn't do what was asked. George then failed to correct the problem created by an incompetent sub-contracting print shop.I asked George multiple times to 'fix' the issue ... each time he promised he would correct the order ... and each time he failed to follow through.This has been a disaster ... a waste of time ... and a rip-off. Let the buyer beware!

THIS COMPANY WILL RUIN YOU!!!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!! AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU LOVE TO BE FRUSTRATED BY A COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.They promised an 8-day delivery and 100+days later, they still have not delivered the product. They take your money right away, and then (when they feel like responding to your emails) just give you excuse after excuse. Overall, an absolute disaster.

THE WORST
I ordered mailer boxes for a PR campaign from Printing Solo, and the experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Not only did they fail to manufacture and ship my order by the promised deadline, but their communication throughout the process was abysmal.Their unprofessionalism knows no bounds. They made lofty promises about their efficiency and reliability, only to completely drop the ball when it came to fulfilling my order on time. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I tried to inquire about the status of my order, I was met with nothing but excuses.Not only did Printing Solo fail to manufacture and ship our mailer boxes by the agreed-upon deadline, but their incompetence ended up costing us a significant amount of money. Our entire PR project fell behind schedule because of their inability to deliver on time, resulting in missed opportunities and lost revenue.Their lack of accountability and disregard for the impact of their actions on their customers' businesses is appalling. It's clear that they have no understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and honoring their commitments.Steer clear of Printing Solo unless you want to risk not only wasting your time and money but also jeopardizing the success of your projects. Their incompetence knows no bounds, and their inability to deliver on their promises is nothing short of infuriating.

Really great experience with Matt and…
Really great experience with Matt and George both were very cooperative and helped us with our custom packaging boxes. We run a small bakery shop and needed some cake boxes. They were nice on the inside as well without any quality issues. The production took 8 days and same day shipping. Would go back again for reorder.

Still waiting for a resolution 2 months later.
The customer service rep is nice enough to deal with, but he never answers all of your questions completely.The product is garbage, I ordered decals - they came in beat up and bent. the packaging was not good AND they don't stick. I stuck one on a garbage can to test it, it peeled itself off in less than 5 minutes.My orig order was paid and placed on November 7th I didn't receive product until December 7. I let them know it was unacceptable the same day they told me they would remake the order. It is now January 18 and I still have not seen the new order and my hopes are not very high for quality.Personable 4/10Quality 0/10Timeliness 0/10Thoroughness 0/10Cleanliness 0/10 - There was hair in my order. Not just a stray, multiples.I do not wish to disclose our business so will forego phots although they were sent to the producer.
