I bought this last week and have had the worst experience of my life. My face and neck turned red and burned. Stupidly, I gave it another try the next day because I wasn't sure the issue was this, and guess what? Again, the same problem. Because my skin was already sensitive, it has been 3 days now, and I still have my face red in some areas, and it is very itchy. Be careful….

Exeter store. Messy.Untidy, Leaks from ceiling with buckets everywhere.Long queues, changing rooms -1 closed.Went to ground floor changing rooms with large section signposted 'women' and tiny section on right signposted'unisex'.So why is there no sign for men? Disgusting! and a lot of disgruntled customers sharing same view and staff had no answers.

Faulty Boots…
Purchased a pair of boots end of September. Not worn til Nov & complete sole has cracked. Took them back to Primark Belfast city centre. Didn't have receipt but showed bank statement which manager didn't even bother to look at. She offered me £3 refund for boots I had paid £20. She said I wasn't entitled to full refund as didn't have receipt. I brought boots back home as wouldn't accept £3 for them. I'm not a happy customer at all. Definitely won't be buying footwear from them again if this is way they go after 2 months wear.

Too Small…
My Daughter and I bought a box of Knickers each. Same Boxes, same size different Colours (4 pairs per box). Her ones are so obviously bigger than mine and sized correctly. Mine are too small. A return Taxi to take them back would not be cost effective. Disappointed

I bought thermals for men from primark and let me say they are worth every penny.I went fishing in them for a day and passed wind at roughly 1230 pm in them. It was only at about 1530 when I got home and stripped off that it hit me. I was kept warm and dry and reminded when I got home of the quality of the said garments . Top warmth and comfort , would recommend

Disgraceful exchange policy
Disgraceful exchange policy, especially when only wanted to change size of a gents fleece that was bought as a gift. We were told no exchange allowed. Primark need to review there policy.

Did an online click and collect order 10 December to collect on 18 December money taken from my bank straight away then bounced back in 2days later contacted customer service twice who were no help whatsoever couldn’t tell me wether it was out of stock surely stock is allocated to you when you do click and collect they didn’t have that information this was the first and last time I will use primark click and collect received an email on Christmas Eve your parcel is ready to collect then several emails stating I had 1 day left to collect another you have 3days ???? Never had such a bad experience with any other company with click and collect if I could give less than 1 star I would .

Come on Primark it's 2025 get your stock sorted! No excuse for selling online and then not having stock in the warehouse. Very disappointed. Customer service is awful. Ive ordered a click and collect which was due to collect yesterday, however I had the dispatched to the plymouth store email but nothing to say its ready to collect. Ive emailed.. nothing, online chat...doesnt connect to a human, plymouth store... doesnt answer the phone. Ive recently had surgery and dont want to go all the way into the city centre for it not to be ready but also dont want to miss my window for collection considering the amount of reviews that have had problems with no collection notification until they've decided to send it back.GB4238059585
