Depressing experience
20 staff in Bond Street store standing around Maybe one brain between them allLazy, unprofessional and don’t give a damn about customers Unwilling to make any effort to help and pretend online orders have not arrived because they can’t be bothered to look for them Besides this generally appalling mass produced rubbish from man made materials which falls apart Avoid and buy better

I recently purchased a PRADA leather Brique bag and would like to commend the customer service team for their exceptional support. From start to finish, the experience felt polished and effortless. Any questions I had were handled with professionalism and care, which truly reflected the craftsmanship and prestige of the bag itself. A seamless experience that matches the excellence of the PRADA name.

Terrible customer service and dodgy way…
Terrible customer service and dodgy way of selling goods. We brought a bag and we thought we just paid for it but strangely we brought a gift voucher which paid for the bag. This was not explained to us. When we tried to take it back a week later they refused because it had been brought with a gift voucher! Avoid Prada and their terrible customer service.

Prada Bicester and Customer Care
I have been buying Prada for over 30 years, shoes, bags, purses, I know the product very well. My husband recently bought me a Prada Wallet from Prada Bicester, the inside of the purse fell apart the saffiano leather just disintegrated. Ok no problem in the past with Prada they repair but not anymore, they catagorically denied it was a manufacturing fault when it fell apart without use. They said it was not repairable as wear and tear. So tell me how can they not repair something they have manufactured? Now avoid Prada, is not the same, customer service is dismissive and no customer care. Bye Bye Prada

No one cares for the customer at Prada
We were personally invited to an event at Prada in Chicago. The initial experience was very good. Things went south quickly when my husband tried to use his European debit card. It took a month for them to refund his money. When it was refunded he had lost $200 in exchange because of the delay. Not one person offered to make things right. We were promised a suit in 6 weeks. 2 months later it still hadn’t arrived. We live in Europe and need the suit for important events. We did not have it for any of them. We do t the need the suit anymore and asked for a refund. They have refused and are holding our money with absolutely no customer care. I never thought I’d despise a company the way that I do. We shop designer shops in Paris often and I have never seen anything so egregiously bad before. I assume we will end up in a civil dispute over a suit.

Glasses paid at £390.The box broke in my work bag for no reason, I’ve asked to have it replaced as it was less than 3 months. They’ve asked me to contact their subcontractors.

Shocking customer service - Avoid!!
Prada customer service is non-existent. They have no idea what is happening with delivery status and refuse to refund me over £1000.00. They have no idea where the items are, FedEx are ignoring them. Why use a delivery company that are useless? It is not my problem they cannot contact FedEx, all I know is that I do not have the items and who knows where they are. That is Prada's problem, but they refuse to help me. Apparently there are no managers, no complaints process. Shocking! Avoid! Has really put me off ever shopping with them again.

Classy and real quality
Classy and real quality. This is how I can describe my pair of shoes that I recently bought. It’s actually my first time trying a luxury brand such as Prada and they didn’t let me down. Design rocks

Worst Event Ever For Prada Mode!!!
I recently visited an event in Camden Town Hall by Prada Mode in collaboration with Elmgreen and Dragset for a film called the Audience which the whole concept was a great idea your delivery of the film was poorly executed and for people with hidden disabilities will find this extremely difficult to understand and appreciate. Also as a fragrance and fashion brand mainly giving customers a free popcorn and a small bottle of coca-cola.

Prada's customer service is A JOKE
I am extremely disappointed with Prada’s customer service. I returned an item exactly as received, and even have written confirmation from the store verifying that the same jacket was both purchased and returned. Despite this, I was told that the item “does not correspond” to what was originally sent. This clearly points to an internal issue within Prada’s handling or tracking process, yet the brand has refused to take responsibility or escalate the matter. The communication has been dismissive, unhelpful, and far from what one would expect from a luxury house of this level. It is truly unacceptable - never buying from them again.

Appalling online customer service from such a luxury brand
I purchased two items via. the Prada website as there weren’t available in the UK. Was notified that they had been sent out individually via different couriers but only one arrived. After four telephone conversations and an email (which took them 24 hours to respond to), I’m no closer to a resolution and very much out of pocket. Speaking to ‘Client Services” is like talking to a brick wall - they say that they’ve raised an investigation with the courier and need to wait for their response - even though I have proof of non-delivery.Having been a loyal customer for years (and spent a small fortune!) I have always experienced great service in their stores/concessions. However I will never purchase directly from their website again.

Extremely disappointing experience with Prada customer service and product care.
Extremely disappointing experience with Prada online customer service and product care.I sent in a jacket for minor restoration, and it came back several sizes smaller, with bent zippers, damaged pockets, and torn fabric. A similar issue happened earlier with a Prada bag – returned with a completely different zipper pull than the original.(The bag was purchased in Milan, while the jacket was ordered online. I’ve also shopped at Prada stores in Munich and Paris, where I’ve received proper service)Throughout the jacket process, I spoke with multiple representatives, none of whom could help. Everyone just redirected me to the same email address, which rarely replies – and when it does, it’s anonymous. Not once did I receive an apology.I have never received such poor and indifferent service from any brand – not even from companies whose products cost a fraction of Prada’s. It feels like no one takes responsibility, and customer care is simply not a priority.I did receive a full refund, but resolving the jacket issue took nearly a year through the Italian consumer dispute office. Communication proved to be nearly impossible.

Do NOT Buy from Prada at Selfridges
I purchased a Prada saffiano leather handbag from Selfridges after being assured by the sales associate that this leather was extremely durable and that the bag would be covered under a two-year warranty for any issues. Based on this representation, I trusted the advice and purchased the bag for £3,000.On only the second wear, the bag showed visible discolouration on the bottom. I reported this immediately to the sales associate, the store manager at the time, and Prada customer service, all of whom assured me the issue would be resolved under the warranty. I was instructed to return the bag to the store. When I did so, I was met with a new manager who told me that “wear and tear” is not covered under warranty and sending the bag to Milan would be a waste of time. She then accused me of mocking the sales associate when I explained what I had originally been told. This was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of accountability or customer care.It is entirely unacceptable that a £3,000 handbag should show faults after two wears, and equally unacceptable that the assurances made at the point of sale are now being denied. This constitutes misrepresentation and a breach of consumer rights.I am requesting a full refund from Prada and/or Selfridges. The product is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, and was mis-sold under false assurances.

Utter sh*t!
Utter sh*t!No wonder Prada haven’t claimed this profile. I contacted them weeks ago as I need new laces. They told me to send over all kinds of pictures, receipts and personal information. Passing it to their ‘after sales team!’ Only then to tell me to call the nearest store! They don’t mind when you spend all kinds of money with them though.

Disappointed in After-Sales Care for My…
Disappointed in After-Sales Care for My Prada Rubber SandalsI want to start by saying that I have always loved Prada for its design, quality, and prestige. However, I’m writing this not as a negative review, but as a genuine concern and disappointment regarding the durability and after-sales service for one of your products.I purchased a pair of Prada rubber sandals for 3,300 AED and wore them for just one year. Despite taking care of them, one of the rubber straps broke — as shown in the attached photo. When I brought the shoes to the Prada boutique, they were sent to Italy for evaluation, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. This left me with no usable solution. I was surprised to learn that Prada, a global luxury brand, does not provide spare parts or repair options for such cases. I believe that when a brand manufactures high-end products, it should also offer support and solutions for common issues, especially with materials like rubber which can naturally degrade over time.Other luxury brands, like Fendi for example, offered me an option to repair a broken bag handle for a reasonable fee — and I was happy to pay, because I could continue using my beloved item. That’s real luxury: not just the purchase, but the ongoing relationship and care for the customer. With Prada, I was left with no alternative but to throw away a product I loved — which felt wasteful and disheartening. For a 3,300 AED pair of shoes to last only one year without any support for repair feels far from the experience one expects from a house like Prada.I hope this feedback is taken as a respectful suggestion: please consider offering spare parts or post-sale service options to extend the life of your beautiful products. Your loyal customers deserve it.WarmlyLily
