Well, I was desperate for a pool part and didn't look at reviews. Awful, Awful, Awful. Website says shipping within 48 "business hours", which I took to mean 6 business days - a little over a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, even after multiple emails and phone calls there is no response and no product. I will dispute the charge and move on. Lesson learned. Beware - they also go under the names AZ Pool Supplies and In-Floor Pool Parts.

Legit business!!! Their customer service people are super friendly and helpful! I ordered from their website last week and my items arrived 3 days after i placed the order. I spoke to one of their customer service employees Faith on the phone after placing my order and she was very helpful with checking to see if I ordered the correct part for my pool cleaner. Would order from again!Also they have a retail location in Scottsdale, Arizona so they are not fake

Hopefully you are reading this before your purchase unlike myself. This is a fraudulent website. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They take your money, print a fake shipping label, and don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Company is in “Arizona” but fake shipping label was created in Tennessee. Had to file fraud report on my debit card. Total scam and pain in the ass.

I can't believe that in 2020 any retailer would accept no returns. It's my fault for not checking, but it never even occurred to me you could be in business with that kind of policy. I wish I had come to this site first. I will never buy from them again.

Would leave zero stars
Would leave zero stars, but that is not an option. Ordered parts on 2/15/20, got an email 2/18/20 stating parts would take an additional 5-7 business days to arrive. It is now April 11th and I have yet to receive my parts. Asked for a refund, no refund issued. Thieves.

Read the return policy and restocking charges before you order.
After purchasing the tune up kit I determined that I needed a whole new pool vacuum cleaner unit, not just the tune up kit (the housing broke while taking it appart) The return policy is less than desirable at this company. They charge a 20% restocking fee on top of having to pay for return shipping. I decided to to hold onto the part in anticipation that the tune up kit can be used on my new pool vacuum sometime in the future.
