Genuine support is given anytime you need it.Whenever an issue arises, we are promptly updated with clear explanations that we can share confidently with our students.As the MIU community has grown, Podia has consistently followed up and customised our back end to meet our evolving needs. Run away if you are serious about your business.They are lacking the simplest features for content creators and community managers. - need affiliate links, no problem, but you have to use our sales pages (ugly and not converting at all). need to know when a student finished a course so you could generate a certificate, no way to know, ask support and they will send you the list. - did some refunds and some chargebacks, you can't trust the reports anymore because they are not updated. - You pay for the premium support plan, don't expect to get support on hollidays and weekends.- You need to have additional users in the account, no problem. pay extra and then it's still not allowing to edit settings and view conversations... Run away as far as you can, waste of time, money and focus.
I joined Podia as an experienced creator with an established brand and a clear plan to move to a paid subscription if the platform fit my needs. Instead, my account was locked immediately after sign up and remained inaccessible.On a normal working day, I received only automated AI replies and no human response. Meanwhile, the free trial kept counting down, even though I could not use the platform at all. For someone who works daily with online tools and platforms, this is simply unacceptable.This experience does not reflect a company that cares about onboarding new users or respects their time. If new accounts can be created and the trial clock is running, there should be real support available. Otherwise, it feels disorganized and careless.
Podia is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The platform makes building and organizing content feel seamless, and their customer support is truly outstanding—responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. It’s an excellent platform for coaching, courses, and digital content creators like me. Highly recommend.
They Just Blocked my website and my business over a weekend!!!! They have not even sent me an email - I found out on Sunday from my angry customers - who could not access the products they paid for!!!After almost a year using podia for my courses and coaching, after me paying a whole year n advance!!!! and on top of that I could not unblock it by my own verification - as I was blocked for MANUAL REVIEW!!!!!! So noone is responding to me - I have to hope and pray they will GET BACK WHEN THEY HAVE TIME!!!!!! Think 5 times before you join
Customer feedback has been helpful in using the chat messaging. Several times, the AI bot Pewnny has sent me in the wrong direction, but when I ask for a human agent, all the human agents (Lilian, for example, today) have been beneficial and kind in response.
Several questions answered completely!I was having a difficult time setting up several things, but Lilian was able to answer all of my questions completely and I am on my way!
Their customer service is so slow and not very helpful. I was charged on my transaction while having the shaker plan. Scammer. I don’t recommend and I’ve been with them for 2 years.
I did get a lot of help using "Penny" but when I became really lost I was helped straight away by Robert who showed me exactly where I was going wrong. Podia helpline has always gone that extra mile to help its customers.Thank youEric
Podia offers an excellent service for organizing online courses and the support service is very fast.
Garbage site. PODIA DOES NOT INTEGRATE WITH GOOGLE ADS AT ALLThey allow basic analytics for web traffic, but they ACTIVELY BLOCK Google TagsPodia is a worthless overpriced useless scam to get you to PAY for ZAPIER
Excellent service. I have been with Podia for a few years - and the expansion of capabilities on courses, ease of adding products and the support from their team - is just exceptional.
Just signed up and this has been an eye opener. "Support" is terrible; there is none. Programmes listed are available to clients despite having clear dates for release - others don't get emailed at all. A new business with online courses and we've been left high and dry with this platfrom. Poor all round.
The AI bot can answer most of my questions. And when it can't, the human support is pretty quick to help...and they are persistent until they help me find an answer.
Loved using Podia for my webplatform and then when I needed request a refund after my business shut down, they quickly did it, no questions asked!

Podia is a wonderful platform for all of my needs. It is user friendly, easy to learn, and is consistent in providing new features and upgrades. I enjoy getting to know all they have to offer through easy to follow webinars that are full of useful information. Support is readily available and reliable.
I’ve used podia for my blog and author website for about a year. Support is very responsive and helpful. It’s easy to get in touch with a real person, which is rare these days.
My experience with Podia has been incredible. I migrated my data from a platform when it discontinued, after hunting through many options. The data transfer was easy and seamless. The website is simple for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of computer expertise or graphic design experience. And the Help staff have always been quick to respond and super helpful. I am posting this review because I have not had one single problem with them ever ... and today, when I decided to try creating a 50% off coupon, I just Googled it and got the Podia info and boom! Done.
