What can I say? 5 star service from start to finish. The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly, the van was immaculate and did the job we needed; which was moving a sofa we'd just bought. We were stranded for a lift and were offered a lift to Fosse Park. Thank you!
Been around some vehicle hire places then a friend of mine told me about Paul's vehicle hire best experience i have had the lady that sorted my car hire out was second to none the vehicle i hired was excellent will use them again
PAULS are a 10 out of 10 from me.Background: I had booked a Luton van for moving house some weeks earlier through Enterprise. I had chose Enterprise as they have a large fleet, so availabilty of vehicles shouldnt have been an issue.On the 20.07.24 at 2pm (Saturday) I received a phone call from Enterprise Aylestone to advise that the van they had allocated to me would not be available. And that an alternative vehicle would not be available until 1pm 22.07.24. I tried everything to resolve the situation coming up with alternatives. But Enterprise would just responded with 'that's not in our policies' in the end it was agreed that I would have to attend Enterprise Corby 8am 22.07.24 to collect a vehicle. Which was unhelpful and would have put a huge delay on the sale completion. I was expected to drive Leicester - Corby to collect a vehicle and then couldn't even offer secure parking for my vehicle overnight. Stating 'you'll have to park it on the industrial estate'.Luckily I found Paul's had a vehicle available on the Saturday afternoon. The lady who dealt with the booking was a diamond and pulled out all the stops to get me a Luton Van. She is an absolute legend and saved the day. I can't thank her enough. The van itself was spot on, with no issues or problems.I would give 10 stars if I could.GREAT SERVICE AND VERY RESPONSIVE IN MY HOUR OF NEED.LEGENDS 👍

As per usual the staff at Paulls & Compello provide a stella service when presented with a short notice requirement, They got me out off a sticky vehicle situation......Thanks Guys
I rented a car from Paull's Vehicle Rental In Leicester, their price was great but the after service is atrocious. They make no reasonable attempts to resolve disputes and any issues with the vehicle is estimated by Lanesborough Body Repair Centre, which is a similar name to the Limited company name for Paull's (how convenient). They do an estimate and take the payment from your account without contacting you. The customer service I received was horrendous and when I asked to speak with a manager (Kim) she was just as bad. I have always had a good experience in the past but the true reflection of a company is when you have an issue that you are looking to get resolved. Very disappointed!!
