We paid $652 for two passport renewals with their 7-day service. Over two weeks later and the order hasn’t been processed. I just filed Chargbacks with my AMEX. I emailed many times and called their 800 number with no response. Complete waste of time.
It's a scam. They charged 400 bucks to have it shipped quickly only to find out i was scammed. I've called and spoke to someone and then they would send me to someone else and then I'd be sent to a voice mail. This went on for hrs. I'm calling CC company and claiming fruad on my card.
Really satisfied with their visa and passport services, everything was handled professionally and on time. The team guided me properly from start to finish and made the whole process easy. Communication was clear and updates were provided regularly which helped a lot. Overall a smooth and reliable experience, highly recommended for anyone looking for trusted visa assistance.
We paid $500 for expedited passport renewal application. 80% of the time they don't answer the phone, emails or texts. This outfit is run by cowboys and indians and I would NEVER use this company again. Please STAY AWAY and BUYER BEWARE.
Probably one of the best interactions I have ever had with any business, travel-base or other. Philip made what COULD be a very stressful process (last minute passport renewal 1 week before international travel) extremely simple and calm. I was shocked with how smooth this business is run. 5/5 stars, I'll be back in 10 years.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. This company held my passport for over a month while I was attempting to obtain a Chinese work visa. During that time, I called multiple times each week simply trying to get a status update. Each time, customer service told me someone would reach out “ASAP,” but no one ever did. After roughly two weeks of increasingly frequent calls—including daily follow-ups—I was told that the manager, Philip Diack, would personally call me. That call never happened. There was no explanation, no update, and no proactive communication. With no progress and no clarity—and with my trip approaching—I finally reached a breaking point and demanded my passport back so I could pursue another option. At that point, it was two days before Christmas and only nine days before my scheduled trip. I ultimately had to use another service that might be able to complete the visa in time, but it required an additional $750 expedited fee—a cost I would not have incurred had there been timely action or communication from this company. After more than 20 phone calls and a significant amount of wasted time, I finally received an email from Philip Diack (the owner) stating that my passport would be returned. There was no phone call, no explanation, and no accountability—just an email. Mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication—especially from ownership—was unacceptable. If your passport and travel timeline matter, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Hopefully others don’t have to experience this firsthand. Never responded to calls, emails, ect. Was quick to respond when it came to payment, but once that was done I was ghosted. Paid a lot more extra for a 15 day guarantee, only for my process to take more than months and put me a lot out of money due to needed to extend my stay TWICE, trying to wait for my passport, INCLUDING I PAID for a passport AND visa, when it arrived, NO VISA. Really screwed me over, with time AND A LOT OF MONEY. Never using this company EVER again. Should have be issued a refund, but when I contacted about that, of course, ghosted. Huge waste of my time. Deserves 0 stars, but apparently thats not an option.
I don't think anything went right, LOL. I contacted them on a Tuesday and paid for a 3-4 day turn around. I got it the next Friday which was 11 days. They don't count the days for overnight back and forth. They didn't respond to questions I needed answered before I sent in my passport, so I had to wing it and hope. They didn't communicate along the way, at least to my satisfaction. Most times when I called the number no one ever answered and seemed like it was a scam. The lesson here is never let your passport expire and make sure to get renewal on your calendar a well 3-6 months prior, LOL.

This company is a scam and should not be trusted. I tried to use them to expedite the renewal of my passport, but they've taken it and won't respond to me or send back the original. It's obvious from the beginning of the process, they send inconsistent information in a number of emails that are all differently formatted. They say a representative will reach out to you, which they don't. Phone numbers on their website are all different. They did send me a FedEx label to send them my application and passport, which I used, but upon receiving it their online system shows no status change and does not indicate it was submitted, well after the timeframe that I should have received my new passport back. Emails receive no response. I've called numerous times and only been connected to a person twice. Both times they couldn't give me any information, but said that someone would reach out with an update by the end of the same day which they didn't. Now, I'm sure they're screening my calls because I can't even connect to a person and my call is disconnected within seconds of being in their automated menu and trying to talk to a person. It's one thing for services to be delayed or issues come up, but to not even be able to get an answer when I proactively email and call over and over definitely show that this company is either a scam or so incompetently run that they should not be used by anyone.
Lack of communication. I purchased the 9 day package and it took 14. Almost had to change vacation. Very unsatisfactory for the amount I paid.
i liked their customer support but unfortunately i had to cancel my request because my visa is already approved but they were too professional and was handling my case carefully.

Submitted an order. Sent all documents and completed the online information. 8 days later and nothing. No updates on the website. Every number i call i get a response "the mailbox is full" Do not recommend at all.
As advertised! Passports and Visas delivered everything mentioned within their mission statement. The entire process of completing and receiving my passport within the timeline of 3-4 business days was incredibly simple and easy. I would highly recommend using their services.
Terrible!! I had to change my flight for multiple days later because my passport did not arrive. I had NO news from the company despite them promising to get back to me. They did not answer the phone for almost a week and I called over 10 times and spent several hours talking in a circle with their automated ai system that gave me NO information and No Answers and No live person.
