I’m surprised by the amount of bad reviews on them. Been a fan for years and recently bought a charm I couldn’t get in store and the quality is stellar as usual. Delivery was smooth but I wish the photos online showed the details of one of the angles better.

terrible. i got my promise ring in august of last summer. the size was wrong and before the 30 day warranty i stopped in to get a different size and they said it was past due the 30 day warranty but it wasn’t. i even brought the receipt. i kept the ring and kept wearing it. then when i see multiple diamonds falling out of my ring. not worth the money and the costumer service is the worst i’ve seen.

Don’t bother if you got a problem with your jewellery they will send you to a shop to fix it but they can only do a certain amount and then they send you back online for you to get palmed off with excuses.

Piece of shit. I pay every month and can't listen on any computer, it always stops working w the notification "something went wrong working of getting fixed" , newsflash!!!!! They never fix!!!! I can't believe they haven't been sued yet, taking peoples money and not giving service we have paid for! I hope Pandora rots bc they know what the hell they r doing. It's done on purpose or they would have fixed already!!!!!

Very disappointing post-sales experience.
I purchased a Pandora bracelet in Las Vegas after explicitly asking whether it could be exchanged internationally. The sales associate confirmed that it could, and I was given a gift receipt that did not mention any country restrictions.Once back in Argentina, the official Pandora store at Unicenter Shopping refused the exchange, stating that “international exchanges are not allowed,” despite Argentina appearing on Pandora’s own global store locator for exchanges.I then contacted Pandora USA and Customer Care multiple times. While the responses were polite, they ultimately confirmed that no one at Pandora has the authority to ensure consistent policies across regions, leaving customers trapped between contradictory information provided by the brand itself.After weeks of unnecessary effort, the exchange was only completed thanks to the goodwill of a store in Saint Martin — not because Pandora resolved the issue.Pandora presents itself as a premium brand and an alternative to names like Tiffany or Swarovski, but this experience showed a complete lack of alignment, accountability, and post-sales support. For a product at this price point, this level of customer care is simply unacceptable.I would strongly recommend reconsidering if after-sales support matters to you.

Visited Pandora at Westwood Cross…
Visited Pandora at Westwood Cross (Thanet) today and the experience was brilliant. We were served quickly and the lady serving us (Michaela) was lovely. She help us by showing us several items and being unsure of what to chose, she didn’t mind us changing our minds. Nothing was too much of an effort and made our shopping experience a happy one. Will define be back for more goodies! All staff are friendly in the store. It’s so lovely to have one now on our doorstep!

They do not abide by the Canadian consumer protection law that requires companies to respect the advertized price/discount even if it's an error. Their site had a banner advertising "25% off $125". There are NO asterisks linking to terms and conditions. It also appeared on the product pages of the items I ordered. After not receiving 25% off my whole order (only on 1 item), I contacted them to inquire and they told me 1 of the items in my order was excluded from the promo. When I referrenced the law that they have to give the advertized price/discount, they refused to. So they are knowingly breakinng the law. Even after speaking with a supervisor, they still would not credit me. I will never purchase from them again. Their website is awful: slow, unscrollable, full of error messages at every turn. When you try to access your bag/cart to check out, you get an error message to erase your cookies or try another browser or contact customer service. This is an e-commerce site!!!!! How long has this issue been going on that they created a message putting the onus on the customer to figure out how to properly load their bag/cart to check out???? JUST FIX THE ISSUE. Placing the order and dealing with customer service has taken 2 hours!! I will never get that time back! For an order that should have taken me 5 minutes to place. All around a very unprofessional and questionable organization. I have multiple screenshote to back up my experience.

NEVER BUY ONLINE from Pandora. EVER. I have tried to return a charm and bracelet received at Christmas. I went in store to exchange it to be told it can't be done instore but only online. I went through the idiotic process of having both items returned by post only to have the charm only refunded by way of gift card. NOT the bracelet, which was the most expensive item. The phone lines for Pandora don't work. Live Chat doesn't work. The only option to follow up is via email, which is now being ignored. Anyone reading this with the same experience I urge you to lodge a complaint to the ACCC via their online portal (it's only takes a few minutes). I know I'm not alone looking at these reviews, the ones on google and product review. We need to highlight this issue. The Pandora ABN is 22 126 737 399They have already been reported for refund issues in 2019, which was followed up again in August 2025. Seems they have some more homework to do. I would love ACCC to have enough noise to look into this again. It's not good enough Pandora, you advertise as a luxury brand which should come with luxury service (or any form of service for that matter).

Wandered into Pandora Bankstown Centro today and encountered the most disinterested sales assistant. We struck up a conversation about was I was looking for, realgold not plated. We were still talking but when she realised she wasn’t going to get a sale she literally looked away and turned her head. Still standing there she looked back to see if I was still talking to her then turned and the looked away again. So disinterested, so rude. I realised what was happening mid sentence I said ‘are you serious’ then walked off. She watched me go. So rude, terrible service. So lazy and incompetent. Get paid and go home kind of vibe. Ugh! I’ll never walk into the Centro Bankstown store again. Very poor service!! Pandora train your young people to behave in half decent manner, at least!!

The gold coating isn't durable
Got the gold plated small link chain bracelet and necklace from Pandora (Canada) about 2 years ago. It was beautiful, but after about 1.5 years the gold coating has started to wear off inside the links and it looks like there's something black on the inside of the links. I tried to clean it with soap, but that doesn't work. In general I am pretty disappointed with the quality while the prices are constantly going up. It's not even gold plated silver, they use some cheaper metal blend. I have the Sun ring and the coating wore off at the back of it as well, showing copper color underneath.

Extremely poor post purchase service
My experience with the post purchase customer service is very poor. Dismissive management in the Bluewater store and whilst receiving an apology for the poor service after complaining to the Head Office my request to exchange a gift bracelet as it was too small or get a refund was refused. We will not be buying anything from Pandora in the future

The website "works" as if a college student made it. It is actually an infuriating experience. It won't let you check out, it won't tell you why, items randomly show out of stock, then back in stock etc. This business clearly doesn't want customers.

Got a charm for Christmas with a gift…
Got a charm for Christmas with a gift receipt. Went to the shop to ask to exchange for another charm as I already had it. They checked the gift receipt and said it can’t be exchanged as it was the free charm in a 3 for 2 deal. The other 2 people kept their charms so I don’t understand why this can’t be swapped for another one. It’s a charm they still carry as I check on the website and in store. Emailed head office and the reply just basically said no. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I visited the Pandora store at Westfield Booragoon with a broken bracelet that was unfortunately out of warranty. I wasn’t asking for a free replacement — just some advice, repair options, or any form of assistance.The staff showed no interest in helping at all. There was no attempt to suggest a repair, paid service, alternative solution, or even basic guidance. I was effectively dismissed and left with a broken bracelet that is now completely unusable.I understand warranties have limits, but customer service shouldn’t end the moment a product is out of warranty. A little effort or professionalism would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and ignored.Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store if you expect helpful or customer-focused service.

Half of return went missing and underfunded
Ordered 2 charms online half price christmas range. I decided to return as i just felt they were poor quality even at half price. Returned them but only got a refund for one of the two charms. Contacted customer service over a month ago know several times and no resolution to the refund for the charm that went astray. Customer care said they would investigate over 3 weeks ago but i wont hold my breath. I wont be ordering online or returning via post ever again.

I purchased a $300+ gold plated charm bracelet, and it tarnished within 1 MONTH of wear and turns my wrist grey every time I wear it(I don’t get it wet or sleep with it on) went in store to ask about it and the lady accused me of wearing it in water and said she couldn’t help me, I am beyond angry at this as I spent good money to have a “good quality” bracelet, don’t shop there it’s a scam.
