I made a purchase mistake and immediately used the chat bot to help. It was fast effective and done within three seconds. Great service without the run around.
Some dishonest companies clearly do business through Paddle.com, but paying through them seems to be in a way, a safety net, like going through PayPal. They responded quickly to my complain and refunded me in 2 days time, despite the seller's refusal to refund me.
I didn't know what charge I had from Paddle.net and I logged on to that website, put in my information and it wouldn't pull up anything, so I clicked on need help, and it pulled it right up with a few more questions asked. I am glad because I forgot what I purchased. Easy Peezy, no hassle.
They were easy to work with and listened great. Understood and canceled the order that was supposed to to have been canceled prior to today. Loved working with this company!
I asked Paddle.net to assist in a refund as I had not renewed the app for Necklo and it charged me in any case. Paddle.net assisted immediately to get a refund
Payed for a Drops Subscription through paddle a year ago. Cancelled within the trial period and wrote to them for a refund which I never got. They even tried to charge my PayPal account today. Luckily I had blocked automatic payments to them.

BEWARE of this company !!!They created a fake ChatGPT copy - same design, but only very limited functionality and scam client who believe to use and order the real OpenAI product.I also subscribed to this product believing it is ChatGPT from OpenAI. Later I realised, the mobile app doesnt work, Projects functionality, Documents,... nothing works.I complained on Support asking for Refund but they responded that I have used the system already (of course I did, i belived it is the ChatGPT).Now I even dont know what is going to happen with my data.The support is terrible, mostly lousy bots.Subscribed on 8FEB, claimed the refund on 11FEB.

Easy to use when cancelling accidental subscription. I didn’t realise they would start charging weekly after 7 days. So have requested a cancellation and refund. I hope to receive payment refund within 5 days or will request PayPal to give me the refund. I would give five stars if they simply refunded me immediately.
