We went to the Outback Steakhouse Valentine’s evening. We did not have reservations and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. Our table was ready in 5 minutes. Ethan, our waiter was exceptional. We ordered a filet and it was the best steak we have had in a long time.We enjoyed our Valentines dinner.ready in
We went to the Harrisonburg outback l order a steak well done. I had to send it back twice , and when I finally did get it it was so tuff to eat . How would you like to pay for something you couldn’t eat? Beside we had to use the tablet on the table the make you leave a tip beside. We don’t like for them forcing you to leave a tip it should be up to you to how much you want to leave. We didn’t understand quite how to use the dam thing anyway
Party of 3. We complained the spinach dip/chips were burnt. waiter Didn't bother to replace them. Then we sat around for an hour waiting for our food! The waiter claimed the new cook had incorrectly platted the dishes and they ran out of coco. I assume that was coconut? Interesting as they dont really cook anything. I suspect they burnt the stuff reheating it or deliberately made us sit around after complaining about the chips. The manager did give us 50% off the bill. But Chinese duck sauce with shrimp? Last time we go to this place.
Lately, the Outback in Christiansburg, VA has had amazing service and such helpful people...and they even brought back their Classic Wedge Salad! We have also been able to order extra (plenty) of topping on the salad too with no extra charge. Thank You!
I ordered a coconut shrimp combo with French fries and a salad. My husband ordered a burger and a salad as his side. I questioned the additional charge of an order of French fries when that was supposed to be the side that went with the order of coconut shrimp and an add on charge for the salad. I was told that they were “saving me money” by only charging the add on price for the salad instead of the full price in addition to the charge for French fries. Why was I charged for both?? It’s a scam!! Needless to say. We won’t be back and I intend to tell everyone I know.
it was suppose to be 2 for 35.00 they bill us 68.00 and auto put on 17.00 for tip never go there again
If anyone is near Easton, PA you have to stop by the outback steakhouse. Everything on their menu is awsome. I just cannot say enough about this establishment. It is not only run by GREAT people but the service is awsome! They hire nothing but great people. If the Outback franchise was smart they would model this location!
Steak and chicken dish. Chicken, quality food. Steak, stringy grisstle and tough. Both meats overpowering pepper rub. Could not taste meats.Can't go back.John Hullican

Outback in Davie, FL15 minutes until someone waited on us. Thankfully the hostess was very helpful. Prime rib was horrible, sirloin was dry and tasted like liver, baked potatoes likely made the day before. For what we paid the food should have been better. Our server was not great but honestly the food was worse. Outback is not what it used to be.
Outback Steakhouse has always been a favorite. I view it as a quick and easy place to get a decent steak at a great price. The overall experience and food quality can vary depending on the specific location. I've had both excellent, five-star meals and less-than-stellar ones, which seems to depend on the location and its management. Regardless, I will always choose Outback for a quick meal over other chain restaurants.
We visited the Outback Steak House in Independence Ohio on Rockside Road . Our waiter started off good . He got our drinks right away and got us bread. He gave us a reasonable amount of time to select our meals. Once He took our orders we never saw Him again. He never came back to refill our drinks or to check and see if our meals were okay. The shroons that we ordered with our meal didn't come with our order. The person that brought our meal said she would be right back . we were half way done with our meal when she came back .The Shroons were cold, not warm, cold. After finishing our meal we waited trying to catch our waiter who was at another table, but he never came our way. We eventually flagged down another server for some take out containers. When our waiter saw him bring us the containers Our waiter came over and now He apologized ,but by then it was too late. He is telling us how He got distracted by a large order at another table . Aren't we important also . Would 'nt all-your tables be important ? If He was distracted He could of made sure we were cover by some one else. Completely engorging us was not the answer. The food was good with the exception of our cold shroon swimming in cold gravy. We never saw the store manager , usually while your dinning the manager comes around and check how things are. We never saw the manager at any table ?
I highly suggest you hire new people because I was bullied and harassed. People wouldn't stop talking shit about me. The steak was overcooked when I asked for rare. It was a simple request. Everything else was great though
went to Outback in Sanford, FL to celebrate our 21st anniversary of our first date.Very disappointing. The Bloomin Onion tasted burnt but didn't look it; the steak was tough, must have died of malnutrition or old age. We had a bad experience a few years back and avoided Outback, but decided to give it another chance. Was horrible. We will not visit Outback again
First we got some other tables ful order they politely told us and brought our actual order. However my steak had no seasoning and my husband's burger was so salty he could barely eat it. I had a to go order of chicken on the barbie and it was salty as well.
Everything was right on point. The food was outstanding. Our server was fantastic. One employee who stood out was Justin who was bussing tables. He was fast and thorough, but maintained a happy, cheerful attitude. He was probably one of the best I've seen in a long time and I eat out a lot. I think he should be commended.
I have to agree with the overall reviews. I went to the Outback by the Mall of GA, and normally the service and food are great. This time, I got the mushroom burger, and it was not good at all. I don't know who the cook was, but it was not medium well, and the cheese was too greasy. It left an awful taste in my mouth, and had to pop some mints. My expectations for this level of venue are much higher. I will say that the new Outback on 211 in GA is very nice, and so are the staff. I will go there from now on.
Ordered the chicken & ribs combo it was dry as a bone & burnt called the waiter who took it away & returned later with a new meal & claimed the chef took more time watching it, exactly the same except not as burnt but still dry & uneatable.Last visit for us plenty of better options & less expensive.
Went to the new outback steakhouse on State Road 54 in Land O Lakes Florida State came out cold. They took it back when they brought it back. My broccoli was cold and the steak was barely warm. I know it’s only been open two weeks, but it was a bad experience.
I have been sitting for 30 minutes trying to order over the phone and the phone is just ringing.The website says they open at 11 am ,clearly no one is near the phone to take anyones order .if i could give a 0 i would.
