Absolutely scam
Absolutely scam. They quoted me $69 over the phone for a deep couch clean. When the technician arrives, he wanted to charge me an extra $100 for adding chemicals for shampoo cleaning that we thought was included in the deep clean package. So they wanted to do the same job, same amount of time, bur charge and extra $100 for shampoo chemical products that probably cost them $2 per clean. I dont mind paying a good fee, but only for transparent and quality service, which they cant do.

This company is the biggest scam ever! Shame on them and the to the lady that quoted me 89 dollars for a couch cleaning! They send some guy and he quotes me 400 dollars!! Absolutely lost their minds! I refused the job! I pray your company shuts down for being thieves and so deceitful!

Just a scam
Just a scam. I responded to their $69 dryer vent cleaning and, only to be told by the technician that the vent was so clogged that it needed a special cleaning to the tune of $250 dollars. What was the special cleaning? A whisk brush attached to a drill. Didn't even pull out very much lint at all.

Over the phone they quoted me $89 for a couch cleaning. The guys showed up and told us it would be $380 because it needed a "deep clean". They cleaned the couch for 20 minutes. There was a pet spot that still smells like pee. I'm reporting the business to the BBB for false advertisement and not doing the job.

NO SHOW AGAIN!!!
The only reason that they received is because there is no zero. I reached out to them for a service. They missed the first appointment that they " guarantee", so I called them to investigate. They said we did not answer the phone, although they had already set it up on their web site. They were able to schedule us for today sometime between 11am and 1pm. They had my cell number and I never received a call. Two days NO SHOW in one week. What a joke! DON'T USE THEM!!!

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY
These guys are complete scammers. Quoted me $180 on the phone for a SMALL sectional and a woven area rug with no pile and my bf let them in while I was sleeping then they quoted him $700. He had no clue how much these things should cost so he agreed and then went to let me know and I immediately ran out to tell them to stop and to leave. They then tried saying they needed to disinfect the sofa and that’s why it was gonna cost that much. I said no and they went down to $500 then $400 and we just agreed because the couch and rug did need a deep clean and they were already there but I’m pretty sure they just did a basic cleaning…Then I go to Zelle him and I send $400 and he said “it was $450” SCAMMERS!!! Told them to leave. Should have called my normal guys who do the job for $200.

Horrible Bait and Switch experience
Horrible Bait and Switch tactics. Carpet Technician tried to sell me a $300 "deal" because according to him, the $69 special "doesn't really do anything". He argued about it and pressured me so I made him leave. I had already prepared the room by moving the furniture and had to call another carpet cleaning service.Organic Choice management never called me back about the incident after I called and complained about it to the answering service person.

They missed the reservation 3 times and no one ever came. Looking at these reviews, I'm glad they didn't.The person on the phone kept assuring us that we could book for 2 days later, so we booked that, then waited the full 2 hour time window. We called. They said the technician was busy with other appointments. Rescheduled. Rinse and repeat twice. 6 hours of waiting.Do not ever call them. Their website has fake reviews. They share a name with a legitimate cleaning service, but changed the website extension from .com to .cleaning. Beware.

Quoted $69 for sofa cleaning but when he arrived he said $200. That was not a $200 job. The guy was nice but it felt like a scam to pay $200 for that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called thinking that this was a legitimate and reputable website. It says A+ on the BBB and has rotating reviews that look amazing. (When you look the company name up on Yelp the reviews are for a completely different company). I called and they gave me a quote (which was completely different than the quote that I got when the technician came to pick it up) but I paid it that day. They said 4-6 weeks before it would be ready. I called six weeks later and they said they would return my call when they knew it would be ready. I have since called 6 different times and have not received a phone call back. They said their “supervisor” will return my call (twice) and after a month of trying to reach them I have given up. They stole my $800 area rug and $363 service charge. I am now out over $1100. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

AVOID THIS STREET HUSTLING SCAM AT ALL COSTS. I was quoted $99 online after giving them details about the sofa. The technician showed up two hours late, told me it was $499 and didn't think she could clean it for less than $400. She proceeded to haggle with me until I asked them to leave. Then she said she could give me a cash discount. Then the boss called and hassled me on the phone, called repeatedly when I hung up, texted me "Answer your phone. Scared?". It was the most amateur thuggish street hustling thing I've ever seen. $500 to shampoo and steam a couch? CALL SOMEONE ELSE. TRUST ME. They've also been reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for unethical business practices.

Stay away from Organic Choice Cleaning Services
Stay away from this company. I had a bad experience, paid for the service and my couch is still dirty!They quoted the service at $99. When the cleaner arrived, he told me it would cost me $500. He said that to remove dog pee from the couch he would have to use special products etc. I didn’t accept the price so he offered a discount, $350, $300 and finally $100 to clean just half of the couch. I accepted it and he did his service in 15 minutes. It looked ok the moment he was finished, but now I see the sofa is not clean. The dog pee was not removed. It did remove the stains though.They won’t accept credit card. I tried to find this business in BBB, Yelp or Google and didn’t find anything. Nonetheless they claim on their website they have good reviews. Their phone # is 888-611-1827.

Organic Choice Cleaning Services is a complete scam! They keep changing their phone number, and website slightly once they are exposed. Do not use their services and research any company using a similar name. Their current phone number is 888-611-1827 and their current website is www. organic-choice.cleaningThere is multiple reviews on Scam Pulse with the same story as what happened to me. Look-up Organic Choice Services. Their website is fraudulent- they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, nor have any reviews on Yelp, Google or any sites. Their website has fake reviews and logos listed to look legit. The tech that arrived was very rude and unprofessional- tried to demand more than the rate listed and previously agreed upon multiple times. Insisted to be paid via Zelle and was threatening. The work completed took 5 minutes. Said a stain was too deep to remove that I easily could remove. The cleaning services they wanted $200 for listed at $100 on their website was an absolute joke. They immediately block you or change their number so you can’t contact them afterwards. There’s no way to leave a review as they aren’t listed on any review site. They are 100% scam artists. Beware!!!!
