I purchased these shoes less than a month ago and have been disappointed with their durability and performance. I am frequently on my feet, and while they initially provided short-term comfort for my plantar fasciitis, that support did not last. Within weeks, the shock absorber began protruding through the insole, and the shoes have already become significantly worn down.Additionally, the material soils quickly and no longer provides adequate support or cushioning. Instead of relieving discomfort, they now contribute to foot pain and excessive perspiration. Based on my experience, this product does not appear to be designed for frequent or long-term use.

AMAZING FOOTWEAR ... SUPER COMFORTABLE
I do not understand the negative reviews about OOFOS. I have been wearing these for a couple of years and they have been amazing for various foot problems and are sooo comfortable. I've always had good delivery and returns. I currently have plantar fasciitis for the first time and these sliders enable me to walk pain free, without them I'm in agony. AMAZING SHOES!

Very bad customer service and the company
Very bad customer service , I ordered a pair of slipper and paid shipping as well , order just delivered today and it is in used condition dirt stick at the bottom and somebodies hairs sticking, upon requesting a replacement or return , they will return but without the shipping fee which I paid , and I can order new one and pay shipping fee again for it . was it my mistake I got used pairs of slippers ? Why do I pay shipping fee for it and also why do I pay shipping fee again to order new one ? I had waste so much time with the customer service which was no help At all and in the end they stop responding . Won’t recommend anyone to buy it , it was a hype in my family as they advertised but I have aware them never to buy from oofos .

zippo customer service. sent in a simple (and i would hope positive) e-mail request, asking if they still carried a model of shoe I had previously purchased (and was happy with). if they no longer carried it, what would they recommend as a closest replacement - at this point i was a happy customer.automatic acknowledgement, no response. then a survey asking if i was happy with their response. i filled it out, said i was not, and repeated the request. two days later, tried again via chat - what a bounce around. looking at Kane shoes as a replacement. perhaps an HBR case study of how to loose a customer?.cheers

Oofos slides - AVOID
Bought a pair of Oofos slides at Paragon Sports in NYC, brought them home to SA and on first try-on the rubber split, rendering them useless. Contacted US and Int'l customer support to ask for a return or exchange at South African agent, but nothing. Flat-out refused, even after I showed images, till slip and date of purchase within warranty. Poor quality, bad service and huge disappointment.

Oofos Recommended by PT for back pain
My physiotherapist recommended Oofos because of back pain. Most of my floors are tiled so he suggested the primaloft slippers instead of walking barefooted. When wearing the slippers I noticed a difference right away as the foam was acting as a shock absorber. I began wearing the slippers outside so I purchased three more pairs - the clogs, the sandals and the lace up shoe. I love all of them. Through no fault of Oofos, one of my clogs was damaged. I put in a warranty claim and the next day received an answer that they were shipping out another pair at no cost to me. Not only is their product great and exactly what I needed but their customer service is top notch. Thanks Oofos. I’m a customer for life.

Oofos Saved Me
Oofos saved me, honestly. I have flair ups of plantar fasciitis that suck — not all of the time but enough to keep me from being able to run and ruck. I have a pair of slides that I wear in the house, and a pair that I use when ruck. Zero pain when I’m wearing them. I don’t understand why the Trustpilot scores are low for this product. With their shoes, I can live a normal life, and I’m not being paid to post this review. If you have plantar fasciitis, try their shoes. They changed my life.

They sent me someone else's order
They sent me someone else's order. And dang I have been trying to find a phone number to talk to a human but the number they have does not allow for human interaction. Booo. Bad form oofos. I sent an email and now have to wait for a response. Not what I consider customer friendly. Update: They sent an e-mail this morning (1/15/26)saying the ones I ordered are on the way. So I will update this when I get them. Update: I got the sliders that I ordered and I am very happy with them.Customer service may not have a phone to reach them, but they do answer emails, it takes a day or two, but they do and they were really great and fixed the mistake right away. I'm really happy with my sliders that I ordered.

A bad odour issue
The shoes may be comfortable, but they leave my feel sweating and with a bad odour. It isn't me as I have worn several types of shoes over the years with no problem. I can only suggest that it lies with the materials that were used in the manufacture. I have noticed that many otger reviews reference an issue with the bad odour.It is a pity as I paid £80 for them, which is expensive for a shoe such as this. I will not be using them again.

I recently brought oofos shoes for to wear at work. Wore several times.2 days back on Friday, I fall at work. Shoes is NOT well balanced. Nothing to do with floor. It's was damn shoes. I have to take leave and can't afford staying home without pay check. Foot and fingers injured Also whole entire right side of body under PAIN. Can't walk under terrible pain. 😪

Awful knee pain as they’re so unstable
Not wide enough in the toe box (original clogs) and gave me terrible knee pain due to the instability of the shoe. Can’t contact customer service as it’s all AI bot, and there’s never anyone online in chat. Can’t return them as took the label off and it was only after a few days that my knees hurt. Waste of £70.

Forefoot pain relief
Have suffered from metatarsalgia for the past 6 months and the sandals are the only shoe that provides complete relief. ive bought super plush Hokas and New Balance and they don't alleviate the pain in the same way. Shame i live in a cold climate otherwise id wear these everywhere.

They decided to use a Cut Rate delivery company for the Holidays
Ordered a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift at the end of November and they thought it would be cute to use a cut rate delivery company called UniUni. The shoes shipped right away but it’s now the last day of the year and I still don’t have them. My shoes shipped almost a month ago. Multiple lies from UniUni about delivery failures but they haven’t tried as we have cameras. Use real shipping companies and not cut rate companies just because they offer you super cheap rates. Do better.

I have several pairs of oofos due to back issues. Accidentally ordered wrong size as I size down for slip ons. Called to change size within two minutes of order and was told I could not change size but could just exchange after receiving them. It was going to cost me $25 to return and exchange sizes. Lost a customer for life. Will never buy a pair again. You could have easily changed to correct size considering how quickly I addressed incorrect order.

Podiatrist recommended them for plantar fasciitis, I ordered them. I have a wide foot, couldn't get my foot in them. Sent an email to see if they had something wider and got no response.

I have had several outstanding experiences with Oofos. I do like their products, which are great for my foot issues (my podiatrist even recommended them).I did once have a delay in a shipment, but I contacted them and they immediately sent me a new pair. They were incredibly responsive - much more so than most any company I've worked with.

First time user here. Ordered a pair of sandals. Was told I'd get a confirmation email. I never did but my Visa card was immediately charged.The company does not offer a phone number. We have to contact them via email.I cannot comment on the quality of their merchandise but a company that does not have a phone number to contact is not a company I want to use. I hope they will credit my credit card and cancel my purchase.

I tried to track my shipment that I ordered almost two weeks ago, I got nothing from this piss poor company, with shoes that cost 160.00 a pair and I can't find out who is shipping my stuff , I asked is it the post office, UPS,DHL nothing, your company sucks, I will not use your company again, what a let down. I will tell everyone I can to never use this lame company.
