Great Company!
I'm all about organization and people doing what they tell me they are gonna do. I found this company on Facebook, as they came highly recommended. This is the 3rd company that I booked. The first one just didn't show up, and the 2nd one said the driver had an accident, then reschedule and also didn't show up. So I chatted to Neat and Fresco, and the tech called me 30 minutes before, and told me he was on the way. He was very courteous and explained to me what he was going to do, and took pictures of the air ducts to show me the condition they were in. Once he verified the work with his boss, he came back and cleaned out my air ducts around my home. I did pay a little more then I wanted too, but that was ok as he worked hard to get the vents clean. He then sprayed their anti-mold into the ducts. He also went over the filter, and said the one I had was no good, and told me which one to get that would cause better air flow. He then checked my dryer vent, and said all that looked good. I would recommended them, and use them again anytime. My wife immediately noticed the difference when she came home. She has bad alergies, and said the AC felt fresh.

Set this appointment up, and received constant communication through text to remind me of appt, day before appt, and day of appt. Edward & his assistant called before coming with time, showed up on time, and were very polite & efficient. They showed us videos on the ductcleaning throughout the process. They left the areas very clean. They also followed up with a call to see if we were 100% satisfied with work which we are. They answered all our concerns & questions. We highly recommend them!

Edward and his assistant were very good. Respectful and informative when I asked questions regarding the process of cleaning the ducts and the running of my ac system. I would recommend Edward to any of my friends to have their ducts cleaned.Thank you Edward

NO, NO, and NEVER!
Set up an appointment through Facebook Marketplace in Sierra Vista, AZ. The tech called on the day of the appointment to say there was a problem with the truck. We rescheduled for today @ 3:00 PM. It is now 5:00 PM and I have had no call/test/PM from anyone as to why the tech has not shown up. I've called the toll free number and get a strange ring, then a busy signal and no one ever answers. I've left a request for callback an no response. I've see other reviews very similar to this one and wonder if there is some sort of scam being run on Facebook Messanger for this service.

Polite, prompt, and friendly.
Both technicians were very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. They showed me mold was in the system, did a thorough cleaning, mold and odor from the system are now gone! I highly recommend!

Edward was my tech here in Albuquerque. He was smart, knowledgeable and very prompt. I felt very comfortable with him. And He did a great job! I can really tell my air in the house is much cleaner! Strange how you can tell. Not so much dust! They did so good i plan to have them Cleaned every one-two years. Thank you for a great job and a great price!
