It’s my third pairs in 10 years and I lived on a ranch in Canada, the last one stay on the Mexico sun too long I guess and didn’t fit anymore, I reach customer services and I talk with Sandra in 5 minutes everything was solve Great services Thanks Sandra

Native shoes

We've been wearing Native Shoes for years, and they are always comfortable, durable, and stylish. But beyond that, their customer service is outstanding. I accidentally left one shoe in the Australian sun for a couple of days, and it shrank. When I reached out to Native in Canada, they generously sent me a new pair. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my kids. I got an email that one pair was out of stock (this shouldn't happen) and the other pair got stuck in some awful shipping black hole. I ordered these shoes so far in advance of the trip I needed them for, there shouldn't have been an issue what so ever. I reached out to customer service to please send me a code to get me the shoes shipped faster (aka in time for the trip) and they refused. So shoes I ordered well over 2 weeks in advance will not make it in time.

Never using this shop again

I paid extra for the shoes to arrive before Christmas, as they were a Christmas gift. They didn’t arrive before many days after they were supposed to. I tried cancelling the order when I noticed several days went by without the shoes even being sent. The customer service told me the only option I had was paying for the return.So without keeping any shoes, it will costme around 90$ for trusting Nativeshoes advertise; Pay extra and get the shoes within three business days.

Terrible delivery and customer service

My first order was standard delivery. 1 week later I received shoes. Currently they do not do exchanges, so I re-ordered different sizes for better fit. I paid for 4-7 day delivery. 1 week later, my tracking was still at.. shipping label created. No tracking No movement. Customer service sucks. As per the shoe itself... they're ok.. don't have them.long enough to know for sure. They re definitely better than floafer garbage shoes. But nativeshoes.com customer service is at 1/100%.

Can't believe there are no reviews for…

Can't believe there are no reviews for this brand. First came across them on ASOS around 10 years ago back in the UK and I still have my shoes today so that tells you it's durable. I am now in Vancouver and have rediscovered their brand and their shoes. Fantastic brand and environmental friendly. I bought winter boots and a few sneakers in their last sale which was a great offering. Their sneakers fit a little loose so I hope they work on that in the future but it's so comfortable and lightweight and the pastel colors I opted for, gets me so many compliments when I go out.
