Big time scam company
This product did not help my symptoms, and I still need surgery. When I tried contacting the company they never return emails or phone calls. I sent my product back for a refund and never received any money back. This is obviously a scam company, just getting rich off of vulnerable people.

Carpal Tunnel Relief
I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand several years ago. I was scheduled for surgery but got a little nervous after talking with some friends who did have surgery and were not happy with the results. After some research I discovered Carpal Solution from First Hand Medical. I used Carpal Solution on my left hand and got great results. My right hand is now starting to act up so I will be ordering more for that hand in hopes of getting the same results.

Finally Free of Carpal Tunnel Pain
I've had really bad carpal tunnel for a few years now. I have a 3-year-old, though, so surgery wasn't really an option right now as I wouldn't be able to pick him up. Not to mention the cost of having surgery, even with decent insurance. So I figured I would give this a shot, they had a refund policy if I wasn't happy, so I went for it. It has been amazing! I forgot what it was like to not be in pain! If you are thinking about it, I say just go for it!!

Did NOT work,!!
My right hand has severe carpal tunnel. My left hand was mild. I decided to get My Carpal Solution and try it for my left hand. I did it the full amount of time, I even emailed twice and got no response back. It made my carpal tunnel worse in my left hand. Now I have surgery scheduled for both, not at the same time. In my first email I told them the tape had come loose three nights and asked if I should wear it another whole week. And no response. I told them it made it worse and no response back. I don't trust this company at all. Still trying to figure out if I have everything I need to get a refund. You only have 30 days for a refund yet you're supposed to wear this longer than 30 days. My left hand is so bad. I stopped 2 weeks early. If you read the paperwork that comes with your order, it will tell you. Sometimes it takes two 6-weeks to get full remission. That's $200. Then they have annual one that you're supposed to get to keep it away so it doesn't come back.

My Carpal Tunnel Solution Really Works!
I found My Carpal Tunnel Solution my accident surfing the internet for solutions and/or surgery for carpal tunnel. It sounded too good to be true, but I read some reviews and it sounded like it could actually work, so I decided to order the 6 week therapy and give it a try. I figured it was worth a try and the price was reasonable enough to do that. I started using it as soon as I received it in the mail. It actually came surprisingly quickly. Within days I could feel a difference. My carpal tunnel was to the point it was keeping me up at nights from the pain and tingling. I started sleeping through the night, which was the first plus. Before using it, I was constantly shaking my hands and stretching where I had been told to stretch, but it never made a difference. With CTS I noticed I didn't do those things nearly as much and I actually forgot because the pain and tingling had dissipated. I couldn't believe it actually was making a difference, and a BIG difference at that! At the end of the 6 weeks I felt no pain and no tingling, however, I use my hands A LOT so it started to return after a couple weeks or so. I read about how a small amount of patients to have returning symptoms and could benefit from the 1 year therapy. Lucky me, as usual I was one of those few patients. Nothing is ever simple with me (lol). But, I knew how well the CTS worked the first time, so I ordered the 1 year supply and so far, so good! I am thoroughly impressed with this product and would recommend it to anyone suffering with carpal tunnel. Believe me, it is absolutely worth a try!

Money Back Guarantee is Difficult to get
After trying the product it only increased my pain so I returned the unused portion according to the website instructions. According to tracking my return was received over 2.5 weeks ago and I still have not received a refund. I emailed with no reply and called and spoke to someone who said the refund would be applied and I would receive an email confirmation, but it's been several days and I still haven't received an email. They state on their website that refunds will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving. This product may work for some, but their 30 day money back guarantee is a scam. Edited: after almost a month I was finally able to talk to someone again on the phone who said they never received my package. When I re-sent my email with picture proof of my return package contents, address, and tracking they finally refunded me the money. Be sure to take pictures of everything if you submit a return.

I work with my hands all the time. I'm a new mom and really didn't want to have surgery on my hand. These are life savers. I was in so much pain. The pain had started radiating up my arm. I was devastated because I thought I'd have to have the surgery in order to get relief. These worked! It took a couple of weeks, but I feel absolutely no pain or discomfort.

After only two weeks of using the Carpal Solution
After only two weeks of using the Carpal Solution, I realized a 50% decrease in my symptoms, so I decided to continue the nightly treatment for another week. After the third week my symptoms decreased by approximately another 10% to 15%. At this point I began, and am still doing, the every other night treatment. I feel that this is so much better than surgery, and so easy to do.

This product is NOT going to cure your carpal tunnel.Let your Common Sense guide you.This is no better than duct taping the back of your hands every night for 6 weeks and see if that works. Would you do that- of course not.Yet another way to get you to part with your money so you can make these "doctors" even more wealthy than they are now.It did absolutely nothing for me and I should have known better but the hope that something would work got the better me.The 30 day money back guarantee???It is a 6 week treatment period-think about that. There is no 30 day guarantee- not if you are going to give it the full 6 weeks to see if it does anything for you!Spend the money on high quality braces and where them overnight-they will at least have some benefit.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Very staff is very helpful on advising usage and additional ideas to relieve the pain. I'm now sleeping without discomfort. I will order again to try to relieve all symptoms and avoid surgery. Good company and easy to use product.
