Company that does not care about it's…

Company that does not care about it's customers.Not responding to tickets, or to anything really.Absolute garbage drivers that are causing fatal BSOD's on Windows machines not fixed for 10 years already and probably never will be.

Constant problems with the Motu M2

Constant problems with the Motu M2. After few months of trying to solve the issues, I finally contacted them and asked for a solution. First reply was fast and somewhat helpful but after I started dealing with the tech support, it just got nowhere. Tips were borderline useless and when I provided some additional info, they started ignoring me.The case is still open though, but I have little faith for the issue getting solved.

Customer service is lower than awful

Customer service is lower than awful. If you purchase a motu piece of gear, pray to god, allah, Vishnu, Krishna, Odin, Zeus, any god you can think of, and beseech their mercy that your piece of gear isn’t faulty. If it is, prepare for one of the most infuriating experiences of your life. I bought a M64 three months ago. I still don’t have a replacement for the faulty gear that was sent to me. They have no clue how to provide customer service. Best to avoid this company like the plague.

Motu AVB Routing is only a Theory

AVB Routing is only a Theory. They never show it working, I have just burned through months trying to make it work in a lot of defferent set ups, only for tech supoprt to say, use USB....Tech Support dont read emails either, take the easiest route to out. It's landfile, good idea, but wrong company to take it forward

Customer service is sometimes very slow…

Customer service is sometimes very slow and the "troubleshooting" they have you do is sometimes pointless and wastes days and days of studio time. I record full time and my 1248 died while in the middle of a project. I have a temporary solution with half of the track count for now. I don't think I'll go with MOTU again in the future. :(

Motu m4 is 5/5

I own a m4 and it’s probably the best audio interface i’ve owned. The sound is so much cleaner than the 6i6 i had.

Great products - excellent quality.

Great product - excellent quality. I bought one of their M2 audio interfaces recently and the quality is really impressive for the price. I know their high-end gear is amazing but to get similar levels of quality into entry-level products is impressive. The installation instructions and videos are clear, it's easy to get started with the product, and unlike other interfaces in the price range, it has enough oomph to drive my 250 ohm headphones.

Really happy with Motu

In all ways. Roll with them, you'll be pleased. I'm an amateur musician / podcaster but pros recommended Motu to me and I'm happy they did.

The more MOTU, the better!

I've only had positive experiences dealing with MOTU. I work freelance in music/audio using their Digital Performer DAW, which is good, but has some quirks (like all DAWs). As a company though, their customer service has been exceptional. I had to leave school suddenly due to COVID-19 but was still expected to finish class assignments requiring me to be working in DP. I contacted them to ask if they had any student discounts explaining my situation, and they did! The customer service representative was great with making sure I received the discount, and was able to be up and running ASAP with Digital Performer. One technical issue popped up within their program, I submitted a help desk ticket (though I'll admit, the system feels somewhat antiquated for submitting help tickets), but they were quick in getting back to me and helpful in diagnosing and addressing that particular issue. I've also appreciated their frequent online webinars that have happened all this summer. Really valuable information presented in helpful ways. The company really seems to invest in the long-term success of their products and customers. All in all, great company that I'm happy to support and use the products of. Once I have more cash, I'll be upgrading to a MOTU Audio Interface. The more MOTU, the better!

Awful customer service

I own one of their audio interfaces. Every time I needed their support it was horrendous. This Brendan guy in the support is all about "we never had anyone else reaching out with similar problem, so must be your computer". Seriously, I don't wish them to my worst enemy.
