Customer service so bad it's embarrassing.Ordered a pair of shoes in the middle of Christmas for delivery before Christmas. The shoes arrived just in time for New Year's, but it was completely okay. However, the shoes (a Christmas gift for my daughter) were half a size too big, which is why I immediately tried to create a return label via Manolo's website. Error messages and inability to create the return label made me contact customer service for help. After SIX WEEKS of waiting and endless reminders from me, I was asked to pay for the return shipping myself. When the shoes finally came back to Manolo, I received an email explaining that the shoes were damaged and would be sent back to me. seriously!?!? Shoes that are tried on once and then wrapped in tissue paper and placed in the original box for six weeks are suddenly so damaged that I will not be reimbursed for shoes in the wrong size or return shipping including insurance.Choose another brand!!!

I wanted to return items to the value…
I wanted to return items to the value of £1450 and the only option was via a DHL collection. Having been collected on 6th October 2025 the items have today been delivered back to me! I am unable to speak to anyone in Customer Services and the email address does not work.For a high end brand, I find the customer service appalling.

Zero quality control
The sandals I received looked poorly made without quality control. The assembly was sloppy, stitching uneven, and several details were finished carelessly. It genuinely looked like something I could have put together myself as a complete amateur. For a pair that costs over $800, I expected proper craftsmanship. Manolo Blahnik seems to be relying on brand recognition alone, assuming people will keep buying regardless of how the product actually looks.

horrible customer service. spent 1200$ on 3 pairs of shoes. received 2 and both went back for return. have yet to see the return. this is unbelievable to be honest. A luxury brand treating people this way?? Im not sure how they are still in business. I will NEVER do business with this website or company again. I will tell everyone I know NEVER to order this brand. Cant even give 0 stars

Awful customer service
Ordered a pair of shoes as a special anniversary present for my wife. They arrived and when she unwrapped them they were the wrong size so contacted customer services to see what they could do. After multiple emails (mostly automated responses) they sent two separate returns labels with confusing instructions and no date/time for a courier to pick them up, trying to call them you simply cannot get through, the "options" everytime you press them takes you back to the start every time.... emails you get a standard automated response and then finally a response from someone who doesn't answer your question. Is it too much to expect the personal touch when paying £650 for a pair of shoes ?! I still don;t know what to do or when the courier will come so will now have to make a trip into London just to return them when they are at fault.

They are the WORSE
They are the Worst! I tried on a pair of shoes … looked in the mirror to see how they fit (tight). Did not wear them outside or anything … had teeny marks on bottom due to trying on but no visible signs that they have been worn outside no heel damage no rocks on bottom nothing and they refused my return because they said I wore them! Smh you can tell when someone clearly wears a shoe outside and when someone doesn’t omg I’m livid

terrible online shopping experience
After ordering online, I received a pair of shoes which had been tried by other people already. I sent them back just because they did not fit me. Now they accuse me of having damaged the shoes and refused my return (and refund). All of this was done by email, as the customer service line doesn't work. They sent agressive and dishonest arguments through email, never calling me. Worst shopping experience ever. I will never buy again from this brand. It's a scam.

manolo defective heels
manolo defective heels; they don't stand behind their products. Purchased manolo crystal strap heels for my fiance; she wore them a few short times in and out of restaurants to break them in slowly. Two weeks ago were going to dinner with friends and as my fiance is getting out of the car with her friend she notices two of the straps on the right heel let loose from the permanent attachment. She had to drive home to change heels while the rest of us waited in the restaurant for her return. Contacted manolo and got absolutely no support; instead they said something to the effect; sorry you'll have to find a shoe repair shop to fix them. Well no more manolo heels for my fiance. Only thing we got out of manolo is good conversation over dinner or at a party on how they do not stand behind their products especially when defective.

HOSTILE and UNPROFESSIONAL experience
Sent me the wrong shoes that are apparently "out of network" (what does that even mean? They are a current Manolo style that the brand carries?). Instead of apologizing and offering to send the correct style and color, they told me they're sending them back. This is weeks after I needed them for an event. Atrocious customer service. I wish I read the reviews here before ordering from them. I was better off getting them from a local retailer but my size and color was sold out so I thought I'd go direct through the brand. BIG MISTAKE. Shame on the brand for the hostility and unprofessionalism.

I ordered a pair of Manolos online
I ordered a pair of Manolos online. Received them. Tried one on right away and it was big. Immediately put back in box and started a return. Meanwhile, ordered the smaller size. Original shoes were carefully packed and back to courier same day of delivery. Upon receipt of return I get notified via email that they are not accepting the shoes and enclosed a photo with 2 shoes with water damage on the bottoms. Clearly not the way I sent them back. I had only tried one shoe on, other remained in box but both had marks to bottoms according to their photo. Shame on them. Have ordered Jimmy Choos multiple times, never such an issue. Will never buy Manolo again…service cannot be trusted in my opinion.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, they almost never reply to emails, I have to wait for a reply for days, and it is almost impossible to resolve the issue. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Expensive rubbish!
I have bought several shoes of their brand on Mr.Porter. The quality is extremely poor. One shoe has been torn because of production flaw and improper insole installation. The answer from their side was: it’s because I wear shoes. Ridiculous!Avoid this brand!!!Expensive rubbish!

The courier lost my return for a bigger size and Manolo Blahnik sent me pair of worn secondhand shoes. I can’t get onboard with spending nearly €1,000 to receive such bad service.

I will never buy from Manolo again
I will never buy from Manolo again. I was given 2 pairs for my birthday, unfortunately the wrong size (my foot is bigger after pregnancy). Both colors and size I need are available on the site (classic model). Still in the gift box with wrapping paper. I have offered to pay for all shipping of their choice, but due to it being more than 21 days, Manolo will not help. Their “customer service” is bad, one of the agents hanging up in my ear when asked to pass me to their manager. Heartbroken

Horrific - AVOID at all costs....
Horrific, non-existent customer service. AVOID!.Purchased a pair of non-sale heels for my Wife's birthday using their "Express Delivery". A week later, still no shipping. At this stage my Wife's birthday has now passed and her gift hasn't arrived.To compound matters I have sent 4 emails to cancel the order and they are being ignored. I have bought circa 30-40 pairs of designer footwear from their competitors and will never use Manolo again.Issue still not resolved... disgraceful.....
