Awesome!
After I had first read a few less good advice, I must now do away with my own prejudices: Malev has me more than pleasantly surprised.
It starts with the service: The flight attendants were always friendly and there was always plenty to drink. While eating you could choose between two dishes, and I chose the lasagna but as something turned sharply, along with a side salad but was still very tasty. Particularly noteworthy was the dessert: the proffered cake was really amazing!
Also, the ambience was right: The cabin was clean and the seats were all over the flight of time in perfect condition.
All in all: the price-performance ratio with Malev's true. Particularly for longer stretches quite recommendable!

nice airline
On the morning of October 13th we went. Our flight departed at 9:30 clock in the Hungarian capital. The check-in began about 90 minutes before departure at Terminal C, the rather dreary low-budget terminal at Tegel. He was carried out by employees of the airport so that we can say at this point nothing about the airline. The queue was long at the two switches, there were mostly Hungarians, who flew to Budapest ... ok, not surprisingly:). The check was when we were in about 20 minutes to it, smoothly, we were given boarding passes for onward flight to Chisinau also the same. Our plane was already on the parking position. It was the Boeing 737-700 with the pretty Identifier: HA-LOL. The design of the machine was the typical design Malev ... a dark blue nose, otherwise a white plane with blue tail of the Hungarian flag. Inside the aircraft looked clean and tidy. The seats were dark blue and green belts fitted with seat and the average distance and not too low. The three flight attendants also wore dark blue clothing. On the way, no one spoke German, but English of course. The safety instructions were shown on a video. They were in Hungarian and English, in German it was still a recorded message. Very nice, I found the wording "We especially welcome our regular passengers," and with one voice, the real excitement was to hear:). In general, the recorded message was put together very poetic.
Promptly took off the plane to Budapest to the storm rocked by powerful than an hour later to land there. It was a really turbulent flight, but that the airline can not do anything. We had for our trip to Moldova somehow simply chose de stormiest days this fall and it did come in later in the turbulent cases of Moldavian Airlines propeller plane even worse:). Was not entertaining the short flight. There was no film and also to eat nothing at all. But after all drinks were served free of charge. When I take a cup of coffee only one packet of sugar was, the flight attendant was very irritated, but then moved out one:). Children also received a gift. Too bad, but nowadays probably normal for most airlines - I thought to myself ...
As we are a week later flown back home, got Malev's newest aircraft, the Boeing 737-800, MA LOU, at the gate. The machine was inside a spacious and beautiful, just new. One of the talking this time Flugbegleitererinnen German. And miraculously, there was once even more service. For children, there were Malev have blown-aircraft and there was even for a bite to eat ... either peanuts or a very delicious chocolate wrapped in a green package, Malev. Otherwise, this flight was just as unspectacular as the outward leg.
Malev is a good but average airline. The planes are fairly new and make a secure feeling. The service seems to be different, sometimes you get something to eat and the kids a toy, sometimes not. Which depends on the could not figure out myself. The only drawback with Malev is the home airport of Budapest, which is anything but nice and I'm here to report yet.

perfect for flights in europe
I've flown many times with Malev to Warsaw. For me, Malev is a very good, reliable and unbeatable service in the airline business.
The flight was on time, the machine is very clean and technically OK, the food plentiful for such a short flight (sandwiches, soft drinks, coffee, tea, even wine ...). I had always felt safe to fly - the announcements in three languages, all friendly on board and at the airport ...
Keep it up please!

Nice Airline - comfortable and cheap
The flight to Prague was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the check-in and checkout quickly ran off. Could improve the supply on board. I would like to fly again with Malev.

Positive experiences ...
I've flown many times with Malév. Malév is for me a very good, safe, and especially
the service unbeatable airline.
Also, my last flight was on time with Malév, the machine was very clean and
technically okay, the food for such a relatively short flight quite abundant
(Sandwiches, juices, coffee, tea, even wine). During the flight itself, I felt safe
and secure - the announcements of the crew were trilingual and well understood, the
staff on board as the airport was very friendly. Please keep it, Malév!

#1 Every time again
So, I'm already flown several times with Malév, including from Manchester to Budapest and from Budapest to Moscow flown, so across the whole of Europe. People, what shall I tell you, it was with the best flights I ever had. And really I've been around quite nicely over the years! The crew was always very friendly, and there was free drinks and snacks.
Whether Boeing or Airbus - the plane was always very clean and always up-to-date precisely the distance between seats could take so many so-called premium airlines on Malév an example. The bottom line really lonely peak. I will continue to fly more often with Malév. Bet that?
