Worst Customer Support ever
I had what was probably the worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time. The zipper on a jacket broke after four weeks. I contacted Lululemon and received what was probably the most dismal online complaint handling service ever. I've had to submit my complaint five times now, providing the same information each time, because I keep getting responses from different employees. I receive standard emails that make no sense, and the online return forms don't work. Never again.

Bad customer service.
Bad customer service. Tried to find a product on line and did not see it so I called customer service to see if it was discontinued. She could not answer the question and said the design team likes to surprise us with what they will have. I said that's bad customer service and it's idiotic because customers want to know if a specific product they like is available or discontinued. She hung up on me. Because I said not letting customers know if specific products are discontinued is idiotic and bad customer service.

Undelivered items
Bought items last month which were never delivered. DPD claims it was delivered to a parcel shop at 18:30 on a Friday. Parcel shop agent said the item is not there and that the shop closes at 18:00, so it could not have delivered. Numerous back and forth between DPD and Lululemon chat where both say the parcel was delivered and NOTHING IS DONE. This is driving me insane, as I cannot retrieve the parcel or the money paid!

Awful customer service
Bought a pair of the abc pants a year ago and they are coming undone at the seams. I messaged customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it because it’s over their year warranty by just a few days. Horrible customer service, you make so much money off your customers and you can’t even help them just once. I’ve never had to return anything to lululemon till now. Will not be purchasing from them again.

My package delivered to the wrong…
My package delivered to the wrong address, back and forth first with virtual messages from delivery company, then with a real person, back and forth, finally they could not recover the package. Used live chat with Lululemon, did not get any where , called them after reading messages, I have been told I should wait 24 hours and then call again to reorder it, what a customer friendly service.

Lacking in store stock for the most part
Wish they had better availability of sizes in store. It's hard to differenciate the fabrics online, new collections launched too frequently

Lululemon terrible customer service expensive also
Lululemon said a delivery has arrived I went look for it all over. I texted them because you cannot talk to anyone live in customer service. The said it was delivered. After going back and forth with them. They sent me photo were is was delivered. It wasn't even on my property. There is a cemetary next to my property and they just flung the 2 white package into snow next to my property. Did not even come down my street. I will never order anything again from this incompetent company. Overpriced and terrible customer service. If I could give ZERO STARS I would.

Consumer Data and Privacy Issues
I ordered a pair of pants online and stopped by a Lululemon store to try them on. When they didn't work, I went to the register to return them and was told I couldn't return them until the next day because the purchase "hadn't run through their system yet." This was confusing, considering my credit card had already been charged. What made the situation worse was what came next: I was told that in order to process the return, the store would need to scan my California ID -- not just look at it, but scan it into their system. This is deeply concerning. In California, scanning a government ID is not legal unless the practice is clearly disclosed and the purpose is explicitly stated, typically for fraud prevention in limited situations. That was not the case here. No disclosure, no explanation, just "this is the only way we can do the return."There is also no logical reason for this request. My ID is not tied to my online purchase, it is not "in their system," and there is no matching function taking place. If the transaction truly hadn't posted yet, scanning my ID would not solve that issue -- so why collect that data at all?Between the system excuse that doesn't align with the credit card charge and the insistence on scanning my ID without transparency, this experience felt unnecessary, invasive, and poorly handled. I expect better from a brand that positions itself as premium and customer-centric.I left without completing the return and with serious concerns about Lululemon's in-store practices around customer data and privacy.

Sketchy return policy
Bought two pairs of shoes on sale, returned one of them by post with no problem then tried to return the second pair still within the 30 days at a store I was at. They told me it was marked final sale and that I could only get in store credit. I had my order slip that did not show final sale plus I was allowed with no problem to return the exact same shoe already by post. Talk to two employees, they both told me there was nothing they could do. I looked at their site and the shoe is now on final clearance but it was not when I bought it. I feel this is dishonest and I will never shop here again.

First time customer who purchased items…
First time customer who purchased items to use the new Amex platinum benefit. They only put one piece of tape on the box to seal it and had 1” hanging over the sides. Unsurprisingly to no one, this left the box to open mid transit. Half the items didn’t show, the other half were dirty. The way to contact them forced me to use their AI “live help chat” which just routes you to a whole seperate place to have to enter a 800 digit order # by hand OR abandon the page to go and copy it from the email you clicked to get into the help page to begin with (which was the way I went about it after trying and failing to find an easy route for order help on their webpage). It took 15 min for a process that shouldn’t take more than 2-3 bc they are too cheap to hire customer service. And now, all I am told is my claim has been received. Zero apologies. Just a we got your claim after you took the 78 steps we forced you to go through to do so. And now, we will get back to you with what we decide to do about it - without any input from the customer or personal support of any kind. Not having this resolved from one single quick touch base from your customer is absolutely unacceptable for any product from a self proclaimed luxury provider. I have a better experience when I buy yoga pants from old navy - consistently. That should embarrass the heck outta you. Your stuff is CRAZY overpriced. And this is what you get for those price pts with undoubtedly 95% mark ups? That’s shameful. Platinum benefit or not I won’t be using it again if this is the labor you put on your customer base for a baseball hat and some socks.

Team Canada cross body bag cheap quality!
I ordered the team Canada Future Legacy Easy Access 1.5 litre bag and was disappointed when it arrived. It’s cheap plastic, looks like something from the dollar store. The Olympic patch on the front is also cheap looking. The bag is smaller than I had anticipated, not like my other Lululemon 1.5 Litre crossbody bag. My phone barely fits in this. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t trust their repair guarantee!
I’m extremely disappointed with lululemon’s so called “quality” and repair promise. After my coat tore during normal wear on a simple country walk right next to a seam I contacted customer service expecting support or a repair especially given the brand’s reputation and premium pricing. What followed was weeks of back and forth repeated forms photo submissions and delays only to be told in the end that nothing could be done. No repair. No goodwill. No solution.Despite being a loyal customer for years I was treated like a case number rather than a valued customer. Their “quality promise” sounds great in theory but in my experience it is not worth the paper it is written on.If you are buying from lululemon expecting long lasting products and support when something goes wrong think carefully. Once they have your money you may be on your own.I will not be shopping with them again.

The Olympic outfits are absolutely…
The Olympic outfits are absolutely appallingly. They are drab and make are athletes look terrible. Who did this did you not know your garments would be on display in one of the world’s fashion capitals.Chip Wilson was right nobody knows what they are doing.I sure hope you are not doing the next one.

Lululemon material quality has gone Down big time!
I bought a pair of yoga pants 3 months ago from this shop, paid €98. I wore them a handful of times, washed them 30c with dark colors and always hung dried them. I live in Italy, and don’t have a dryer. I had baught from lululemon in the past and had no problems. However, this time, the quality of the product and material have really gone down. I have tiny little balls on my pants in between the legs and on the top of the right thigh. I wrote customer service, and they said that I do my washing wrong, that I should wash only in cold water and that basically I am the problem, not their product. Soon they will sell yoga pants, but you should not practice yoga in them, you should only stare at them, and not too hard or they will get ruined. I will never again spend money on this brand. The quality is the same as a pair of yoga pants that costs 30€. I will stick to the cheaper ones, that feel the same and have the same lifespan. Pants produced in Cambodia…produced at a very low cost and sold overpriced. they might want to quality control better and revise their customer service. Never again!!

Holy hole btwn legs!
I used to buy so many fine quality lululemon products but have stopped purchasing due to their horribly cheaper quality and terrible seams. I received a gift a while back (align leggings) and the seam has split right near the "undercarriage" in one spot....its evident that whoever did the sewing rushed and didnt sew over enough of the material. It is perfectly split..I have had pants that last years without any issues and the more expensive brand cant even sew a seam shut. Horrible and do not reccommend until they bring their previous quality material back.
