I am trully shocked what this company have been transformed. I am a Logitech customer from more then 20 years. In fact my first mice from them was an MX512 wich i loved so much. With the years i was continue to use their products. Somethimes things goes wrong , but their warranty services was excellent. Till now when i was shocked what missleading and poor customer handling they have. So bassically i purchased a g815 from amazon , but now i am in Austria and aparently the uk layout was cheap in comparation with the german layout..i wil lsay 75% of the usual price. 2 moths ago the keyboard started to develop disconects. So i opened a ticket on their support on 25 Januarry.And the chaos started. Multipled times asked same question , multiple times asked from me invoices ,pictures of the produc,serial number..even recorded a movie related to the issue. Funny thing,in 1 email i am aproved for replacement , and asked if a different colour is ok , in the next email i am declined. Now when i asked what is the reason..Well they are sayng that i purchased a refurbished product, and i thin kbecause they saw in the movie that all my devices was Logitech , well we can offer a 30% voucher , wich is useless on their website as their prices are always around 30% more then retailers. So refurbished?Wich is a lie , as the amazon invoice states clearly it was new,and i remember well that the keyboard is sealed. I replied them to provide evidence of that affirmation , like somehow in their databases shows that the serial number of the keyboard is listed as refurbished. Nothing..i am ghosted in emails. What i believe? they choose to "gaslight" me because the keyboard is out of warranty in March. But no worries i will speak with Amazon(wich definetly they sent me to them , as the keyboard was sold by a 3rd party seller on Amazon) and i will try to see what they are my legal actions against this. Because is not about 90 euro , is about the morality behind the acts!!!

For example, when I press L, it outputs garbage like ksbe61$:@.I contacted Logitech support, but they responded extremely slowly. It took more than 3 weeks to essentially say: we cannot help you, sorry. Total garbage!Logitech used to sell high quality products 2 decades ago. Now, it sells garbage! Logitech products will fail right after the warranty expires, even if you rarely use them.Trust me, stay away from Logitech now!

I recently purchased my 3rd G502 X. I absolutely love this mouse and everything about it. The way it fits in my hand, the lightness , and the battery longer make it one of my favorite mice ever. I can go a week without charging. There is absolutely no lag and the “sniper” button works perfectly for FPS games.
