The installer was so great. He figured out the power issue we had. We will see how they handle i forgot to give Dr. Note to get taxes taken off. I can't say enough about Luis, I only wish he had asked me if I had Dr. Note. So much going on I forgot otherwise perfect. He was pleasant and professional.
Tyson did an excellent job installing the stairlift. After installing went over and demonstrated the unit.
The sales team, CJ Barnes and Anthony Russo, were wonderful in helping me choose a stair lift and find a price that worked best for me. In Nov 2025, Ms. Barnes came to my house, was friendly, and talked to me about their stair lift options and prices. She answered all of my questions to help me decide what was best for me. Mr. Russo followed up with me about purchasing a stair lift. I had a few phone calls with him, and he was always friendly and available to address my questions. He never pressured me to make a purchase but understood my financial concerns. I had two other companies come out to take measurements and provide a quote for a stair lift, but I chose Lifeway because of the great customer service I received from Ms. Barnes and Mr. Russo. I am hopeful that my experience with the installation and, if ever needed, the repair team will be the same excellent service that I received from the sales team.
Initial home visit by Pablo provided reassuring background on the company, explained the operation and installation considerations of a stair lift, discussed pros & cons of renting vs purchasing, provided detailed information on the available brands, their optional upgrades, and relevant costs. Very positive interaction.Installation by John was timely,efficient, cordial, and with minimum disturbance to the household. His tutorial on the operation and maintenance of the stair lift was comprehensive. Again, a totally positive experience. The stair lift has now been in use for a week and is a blessing to our lives. We have great appreciation for this company and its staff.
I recently rented a stairlift from Lifeway Mobility. They were prompt, professional, and and courteous. The equipment was clean and in good condition. I recommend them highly.

Consultation was completed two days ago and Haley, Columbia, S.C. set the bar for honest, direct, informativedescription of the product that suited our needs the best. She asked questions about my husband's Parkinson symptoms and we arrived at the best chairlift for his needs. She was patient, well versed, showed videos to highlight, and a joy to work with. Signed a contract on the spot.
Our technician John was extremely thorough and efficient on installation. He was so kind and patient with explaining and demonstrating how the stairlift worked to my 98 year old grandmother who just came home from the hospital. Great customer service, very happy!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! We had a chair lift installed on Monday, February 16th, less than 24 hours later our father passed away, without ever using the unit. It’s brand new! We paid over $5000 for the unit. I called them on Tuesday afternoon, after the initial shock of our Dad dying , in the hospital, where he had been since 2/14/26, to ask them to come return the unit. They stalled me off until 2/20/26 and then offered us a $500 refund to remove it! Talk about unethical!! This is extremely poor customer service!! We all know they will turn around and sell it, again, for $4500-5000! I was fine with a restocking fee, but not IOver $4500! It’s absolute garbage that this is how they choose to handle it! I am disgusted by their complete lack of empathy! Even car dealers allow you to return a car! UPDATE: We had no problem with a restocking fee. The rails are not $4500! Even with the "custom" cutting of the rails, the chair lift, itself, can be resold, and we all know it! Nice try! NO ONE HAS USED THE CHAIR, except your installer!

We received excellent service from Joe Jr. on our Lifeway Mobility stairlift. He arrived on time and replaced a broken part and lubricated the stairlift. He was very pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with the quality of his service.

If you’re looking to install a curved chairlift, this is your company. I have a two-story home which I purchased eight months ago because it had this chair installed. As a mature person who had a knee injury, I was thrilled when I saw the chair and asked my husband to buy me the house. We are updating the floors, and requested they uninstall the chair for the installation. Lacie was so accommodating and technicians, Kamel and Alessandro were prompt, so careful and efficient in storing my unit in a designated area in my home. I have the beige unit and it is unobtrusive installed. Most importantly, the peace of mind it gives me in owning a two-story home is priceless. Why move to a single story home which still has thresholds that could be un manageable if hurt. This chair allows you to stay in your own home you’ve created for yourself.

From the beginning, with the visit, to the quote, through the installation, excellent service. Bruce was very thorough during the initial visit and quoting. Antoine did the installation. He went above and beyond. He was very respectful to me and my home. Antoine explained how the Stairlift worked and made sure I felt comfortable using it. He a great job installing and cleaning up.
